Reliable

Ryan Mcdade was awesome and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to buy a car here, but that was to no fault of Ryan or Mark Kia. Thank you for being so patient with me guys, I will be back.

They go above and beyond

I am beyond happy that I came across this dealership! These guys gave me the best deal and didn’t give up until I left with my dream car. The best experience I've ever had at a dealership!

Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable salesperson. His knowledge of all the premium features (like adaptive cruise control and Lane keep assist) in the vehicles is exceptional. He isn't very low pressure and listens to his customers needs. If you're looking for a Kia you need to see Ryan at Mark Kia.

Great Service

I was super happy with Kevin and the team at Mark Kia. They were able to work with me and get me out of my horrible over mileage lease and get me into the new Telluride that I've been waiting for. I couldn't be happier with how it worked out and love the new car!

worst car buying Experience

This is an updated review as u had prematurely wrote a review before signing the finance agreement. First I was told I was obligated to get their windows tint and a GPS called kahut second I was promised a 172 point inspection third I was promised a new battery for the car because when we did the test drive sales guy (Issac) had to jump start the vehicle. Ok so we understood this is a used vehicle. Fourth I was promised 2 oil changes for an undisclosed amount of time. So when I go sign the finance papers I read through the contract and I was told if you buy extended warranty I will buy down your interest if not then it will stay at the same high rate. I declined he insisted and I told Peter that I was already forced to purchases services I did not want or need. He made a call and was told they would give me 50% off those services. So we obliged I keep reading the contract and I find I was being charged for the free services it was either 500 or 1000 I don’t recall. I asked what that was and Peter stated Issac said we agreed to the the oil changes. We wouldn’t because I am a mechanic. Ok so Peter took the additional costs and we signed the contract. We were not able to take possession of our truck because it had not gone through the inspection we understood. The next day I get a call from Blake I explained what had happened and he stated that he will be able to take the admitidos cost and the warranty off of our contract and leave the lowered interest rate we were content. My vehicle was ready on Saturday so we came in and as I was pulling in the lot the vehicle was being pulled out front I noticed that the back lights where not working we went in and signed the contract and I asked it the vehicle was good to go and I worked with Chip this day. He said the truck was inspected and good so then I became a bit irate and asked if the light in the truck where checked and working he said yes and we went outside and we showed him the rear lights not working he argued with us that it is not there problem to fix it is a used vehicle and if I wanted a great truck I should have bought a new truck. I demanded to speak with a manager enter Jacob in the picture he argued back and forth with the same nonsense battery had not been changed either. I advised I would not take possession of the vehicle. I was about to leave and Jacob came back and apologized. I was still very upset. Long story short I came back and he had changed the battery and light. Only because I requested not because they had to. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever received.

Hassle free. Got the deal I was looking for!

Josh, Jacob and Kevin were absolutely the best to work with. Got me out of my over mileage lease, and into a new Optima EX with KMF. Will buy all my Kia’s from Mark Kia from now on!

Bought a 2016 Dodge dart from Jose

Love the car and the customer service! Jose really hooked us up with an amazing car. Would recommend anyone to go there. Made it quick fast and pretty easy. Took awhile for the bank but definitely was not his fault.
