Service sucks

Had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 4 hours for service that should have taken an hour at most. Overbooked appointments when they knew they didn’t have mechanics. I will never return for any service and will never buy or lease from a dealership that doesn’t value my time.

The best dealership in all of oc

Always take care of all my concerns, washed my car, give me helpful reports in dealership and app, all Employees so unbelievably helpful and sweet, they always make sure I’m taken care of every service not that I even need them often, Mazdas are so reliable! Best dealership for anyone of any age who just want a helpful team

The Best Mazda Dealership in Orange County! Period

Great experience with service desk!

I have had my car serviced twice and both times have been a smooth and hassle free. Very professional staff and nice waiting room. I recommend this dealership.

Superb service

Friendly, professional service. Agents are willing to answer questions or concerns with patience and expertise. Facility is super clean and well organized. Love the videos always provided after service.

Good customer service!

Hector was friendly and efficient, and was Marcus. Great customer service Marcus. The service was fast and I was provided a loaner car making everything convenient.

Okay

Service on the car was good, however, even though I told check-in the number to notify me when service was completed and they knew I was in the lounge, they kept texting the wrong number. I waited 3 hours and had to inquire about the status. Mistakes happen, I know, and I wasn’t mad, but since they knew I was in the lounge, someone should have let me know.

Leased a car from three very nice people.

Moe saved the deal. He called me and said he would take care of me and he did. At first I wasn’t treated very well by the previous people. Matthew was great also. Jose was also great. Matthew spent a lot of time helping me and did a great job. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He and Jose even pushed me in my walker. There was a lot of paperwork to go through and Matthew even helped me with that and later Jose did. Matthew waited outside for me. Moe said he would and I said it wasn’t necessary but he did and I liked it. Matthew will show me new features on the car when I go back. I preferred it this way.
