A Wonderful Experience

Thank you to Daniel and Christian for all your help! You both made sure I was well taken care of and made my visit to your dealership such a great experience from beginning to end. You are by far the best Mazda dealership I visited in my month long search for the perfect car. Please ask for Daniel Ngyuen the Internet Sales Manager!!! Thanks for being patient with me lol!!!

Great service - Great prices - Amazing experience

Thank you JR and Denise for assisting me with my 3rd Mazda3 with Tuttle Click Mazda. I was able to get into a brand new 2019 Mazda3 Premium while trading in my 2018. Total experience took 2 hours which would normally take 3-4 on average. If anyone is looking for a new vehicle, consider Tuttle Click Mazda, if anyone is shopping Mazda, go on Tuttle Click Mazda's website and message Denise or JR directly! You'll be glad you did

I have all my service done here.

Great customer service. David in the service dept is the absolute best. Very personable while being professional. The work is always high quality. The lounge is very pleasant, which makes waiting comfortable. However transportation is always offered.

96K Mile Service Review.

Been coming here for service since car purchased here 7 years ago (2012 Mazda3). Warranty service has always been good. Waiting area provides coffee, snacks, and TV. Overall very pleased with service. Buy your tires somewhere else, however.

Freeway vibration

I came in for an oil change and routine service but also to check.on mild vibration at freeway speeds. The problem was vague but Dave and the team went out of their way to eliminate and explain the problem.

Lost Keys

My son lost his only key to his Mazda 3 & he couldn’t find the spare. Greg, at Mazda Service, was really great in helping us get a spare key. It was smooth and easy!!

Oil change, Battery Drains, New Dashboard

The service advisors are quite busy and are still very good at their job and take care of customers with personalized service, and understanding of my concerns about my car and possible problem. Greg, David, and Aaron were all helpful either on the phone or in person.
