Car I picked up wasn’t cleaned well inside and was a...

Car I picked up wasn’t cleaned well inside and was a quart low on oil. They flipped it without a care. Check engine also came on within the first tank of gas which leads me to believe they reset the computer and sold it as is. On a $13,000 transaction, a little more care might be in order. Lazy. Cheap.

I had the absolute best experience at Russ Darrow Mazda...

I had the absolute best experience at Russ Darrow Mazda of Milwaukee. I worked with Alejandro, Adam, Chris and Warren, and they all went above and beyond to teach and inform me about the vehicle. Throughout the entire transaction I felt listened to appreciated. I will most definitely be referring my colleagues and friends to this dealership. Thank you everyone for making my experience so top notch and special!! I highly recommend working with all of these individuals!

Tim Lewis did a GREAT job for me!

I commend Mr. Tim Lewis for the superior quality of his work with me in purchasing a used car at Russ Darrow Mazda! Tim is personable, competent, friendly, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with!! Please note my commendation in his personal file and reward him with some form of compensation, ie. raise, bonus, gift card to a upscale restaurant of his choosing, etc... I would enjoy working with Tim Lewis again!

I have now purchased three cars from these guys and each time I have received top notch service. Even when I go in for routine maintenance, the sales staff comes over just to say hi. I couldn't recommend them more!

Internal coordination and communcation is terrible

My attempts to communicate with people at the dealership throughout my used car purchase process were very frustrating. Meassages didn’t get to the person I tried to reach, other people would call me back and not know any of the history, and on and on. It was as if no one coordinated with anyone else., so every contact was sort of like starting over. As a management consultant I worked with many client companies. I don’t remember any that struggled as mightily with simple internal communication and coordination of the flow of information with customers. I won’t comment further about the dealership (they might be fine at servicing autos, for example) but they sure need a better system internally.

Service was quick and done well. Fair and professional job with my car. They were able to give me a clean and fueled loaned vehicle whole repairs were made. Will continue to return for future maintenance

Salesman Jerry King was awesome. The finance dept made us...

Salesman Jerry King was awesome. The finance dept made us go to the bank for cash for part of the sale. Would only take $2000 from our debit card. Crazy runaround. We should have been informed that a cash sale couldn't be completed from a debit card. But the salesman was so helpful, very respectful, listened to our needs and made it happen. We will come here again.

Friendly and helpful. Willing to negotiate price. Explained all operational details clearly. Test driving with Alejandro cemented our decision to lease the car. Would gladly recommend this dealership.
