"No Pressure" Wayne is the best

Wayne is always cheery, whether on the phone or in person. When I went in for routine PM, I also told him the car was having labored starting. He suspected the battery, but I just got a new battery barely 2 years prior. His tech did all the testing and found it failed. Without any dramatics, or me having to find paperwork proving when/where I got the battery, Wayne replaced it free of charge since it was still under warranty. No muss, no fuss. Thank goodness he took my concern seriously, otherwise I might have been stranded somewhere, cursing up a storm about Chapman's questionable batteries. He made it right without causing an anxiety. Thanks Wayne.

Chapman s the best!

Michael Knox is such a great salesman. Very professional, knows his stuff and isn’t pushy in the least. He answered every question (and there were many) and allowed me all the time I needed! Would definitely come to him again. Best price I could find and the service was exemplary!

First Class Experience

Hands down the best experience I've ever had in a dealership. After weeks of dealerships trying to take advantage of me, Chapman Mazda was the light at the end of the tunnel. Rob Riley is truly a diamond in the rough!

Love CX-5

I am so grateful for how Chapman Mazda was able to help me. I had been researching my purchase for a CX-5 for months. Chapman was the 3rd Mazda dealership I had dealt with. The first dealership I felt was very disrespectful to me. The 2nd dropped the ball at the very last minute... After leaving there in near tears, I decided to call Chapman and see if they had the car I had set my heart on. Fortunately Bill Lohmeyer answered my call and quickly acted to help me with my situation. They had 1 model of the exact car I wanted. He reached out to the sales manager Paul. I was able to send my information over. Bill had the car ready by the time I arrived. The sale was very straight forward and Professionally handled. The finance advisor Huy Dao was very friendly and was able to get me through financing very quickly. THANK YOU!!! I absolutely LOVE my CX-5. I am so glad I did not give up on Mazda after the 2 bad experiences. Thank you Bill for answering my call on Friday the 13th...… My Lucky Day!

Purchased my new 2019 Mazda 3

My experience at Chapman Mazda was very positive. I purchased my new 2019 Mazda 3 through Jacob Sayegh. About a month ago Jacob was friendly and approached my father and I assisting us on looking for a new car. Jacob was very professional and asked us about what we're looking for and went on a test drive. Yesterday, we purchased a car from him and I was very impressed with the hospitality of Jacob and his team at Chapman Mazda for helping me find my new car. As always, negotiation can be tough but Jacob and his team made the whole process streamline for me. I would recommend Jacob at Chapman Mazda to help out especially a young professional like me seeking for a new car with a knowledgeable sale representative.

Bad expariance

Do not buy it from Chapman organization, if you have issues after the sale they won’t take care of you, find other reputable dealers around you even if you have to drive in extra mile

Great Place to Buy A New Car

Purchased my new 2019 Kona at Chapman. Overall this was a great experience. The dealership is going through construction so the place is kind of a mess, but the staff is great. Kevin, the Sales Manager was very attentive and Veda my sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I visited every Hyundai dealership in Phoenix...Chapman was by far the best.

First you plan on buying from them read this first

This was the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. They try to take advantage of you, they are rude, and make degrading comments towards customers. Employees claims of having a double digit interest rate regardless of my credit score is completely erroneous. This is verbatim what I was told, "I doesn't matter if your credit score is 800, you're still a first time buyer so you're going to have a double digit interest rate." If you talk to any bank an common interest rate with decent credit is around 3 - 4 percent. But, they will tell you a common interest rate for a first time buyer is 12 percent! This sales pitch was also explained to me by the 3 people that tried to swindle me into buying the Camaro and having a $560.00 monthly payment on an interest rate close to 20 percent while financing $15,000. In addition, they talked down to customers with comments like, "I don't know what part of the math you're not understanding," and then they they continued to tell me interest rates were high because the economy is good. With that being said, I was met with much frustration and conflict when trying to negotiate the price of the vehicle. When trying to talk about OTD price I was looked at and talked to as if it were nonexistent. Is this not standard in all car transactions? Furthermore, what was even more surprising and appalling is after rejected their offer and went home to look at the car again, they had raised the price of the vehicle by $2,000! Lastly, when emailing someone to address my concerns I was met with no reply. All of this leads me to believe that Chapman Hyundai does not care about its customers whatsoever; and, in turn, this leads me to question all Chapman dealerships and their integrity. It is such a same because I've bought a car from the Chapman dealership down in Tucson and the buying experience was much more pleasant. Did I mention I was 15 at the time and there was no "first time buyer interest rate" and no one tried to take advantage of me or my money? All in all, I would never give them my business or my money. This is the furtherest dealership from honest and customer caring.

Great Experience

Jeremy helped put us into a 2018 CX-5. His customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this dealership. I believe it is was Elizabeth that helped us with the financing and she also was great.
