Ok
The buy experience was ok. I just didn't like how hard they tryed to sell me other stuff when i clearly said no.It was insulting. Next time if someone says no thank you just drop it and move the process along.

Awesome people
I loved everyone from the 2 sales man- Ferick and Mark and finance -Kat. They made this experience so easy. I was in and out in less than 2hrs. I was shocked that it was this simple. Would recommend Camelback Hyundai to anyone who will listen to me. But again thank you for your great work and attention to details, you have made this a wonderful experience.

Great deal at Camelback Hyundai
The staff at Camelback Hyundai were all wonderful. I was treated with respect. The sales people listened to my needs and got me in the car that I came for. The process was rather quick, compared to what I was expecting. They delivered my vehicle clean and with a full tank of gas. It's only been 2 weeks, and I have heard from 2 of the people I worked with, just to see if I am happy with my purchase. That was a nice touch! I will recommend Camelback Hyundai to everyone. Actually, I already have. I posted on Facebook and on Instagram.

Unsatisfied Customer
I would actually like to Hyundai or the dealer contact me, as the dealer has avoided returning my emails. I've owned four hyundais, so a loyal customer, and when purchasing this current vehicle I traded in another Hyundai I had leased. I was to be issues a check for $2420 to pay off the remaining four payments on the lease, a check was sent, but short $605 or one full payment. I have emailed the dealer two different times to both the sales associate and finance manager with no reply. Worst experience out of the four hyundais ive purchased.

Constructive Criticism!
I love the Hyundai products & the superb service staff, but I've had issues w/sales and finance on occasions, Very disappointed!!! Do not lure in consumers using deceptive tactics!!!

new purchase of 2017 Sonata
several issues that were problems. 1) swayed to buy vehicle in dealership favor rather than customer favor and 2) wanted to pay cash and was manipulated not do to so ( which is wrong) 3) all communication since purchase has been top wrong email address and it has been 10 days and no correction
