My name is Sincere and I brought a 2011 BMW for here 3 years ago and still have it to this day. Considering all things, I would purchase form this place again. The experience was above average and I enjoy my car...Keep in mind though, that you are buying a USED vehicle!!! I think most people lose sight of that!!!!!

Use caution when buying from this dealership. Trusting these guys was a $16,000 mistake for me. Bought a truck and after signing paperwork and paying them the salesman agreed to put fuel in it. The salesman drove and the truck didn’t even make it to the gas station before it started messing up, and they refused to fix the truck said there’s nothing they can do for me I bought it as-is. I even filed a complaint through the attorney general trying to get the issue fixed. during one conversation one of the salesman even admitted they knew truck had a mechanical issue before they put it for sale on their lot.... I’m sure there are plenty of honest dealerships in NC but this place isn’t one of them

I purchased a c250 Mercedes from here with a 3 month unlimited mile warrenty on the day of sale. So to make a long story short I start the process of getting my car repaired only to find out the warrenty that was represented at time of sale was NOT VAILD. Now my car is sittin at Tyrone Auto Mall without being repaired. Horrible car buyin experience wouldn't recommend anyone to these people.

We bought a Lexus IS 350 here and could not be more pleased. We actually saw it the first day they got the car and it had some interior work to clean it up. We argeeed to buy it settle on a price and trade in if they got the interior right. We were heading out of town for a few days and were Fraid they might sell it to someone else since we did not finalize paperwork. When we came back car was in condition for purchase. Price was same as we agreed a few days prior and paperwork a breeze. Can not comment on financing as we paid cash. Eric our salesperson was great. Very helpful, followed through on our deal and had car in great shape for us. He took the time to go through all the car features, set up our Bluetooth phone and answered all the questions we had. We would buy there again!!!

I literally walked the entire lot while being stared at by the apparent staff just standing around. I've come with a pre approval and a recommendation, I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

On two visits to this lot I could not find anyone to help me..a third time I got the cold stare when I asked for a salesman. The lot had a handful of nice looking cars but most of their inventory appeared to be somewhat run down. With so many other lots In the area with fine high end autos it s easy to move on

I have been in 2 MVC and every single time they have helped me with amazing cars and never let me down!!! Today is my 3rd vehicle purchased from them. Everyone was very helpful and very attentive to my specific needs. Even when I got stuck between two choices, everyone gave me their honest opinions and their pros and cons to each vehicle.

I have visited several times to view cars I was interested in. At least twice no one ever came out to assist me. Not a pleasant experience. The most recent I was almost back to my cr before someone came out and then they only came out to drive another car off the lot and never approached me.

All in all everything was pretty good and very easy. There were a lot of repairs needed for my car...but it was not a lemon in any means! These were "repairs that you would expect from a used car" such as tires, brakes, oil. Expect to add about 1 to 2 grand more to the cost of your car to get the recommended repairs done immediately.
