I am giving Toyota 2 stars because when I was in on 9-13-2025 I had personal belongings be stolen.

Appreciate to get avail of transportation service to be home while doing the maintenance of my car.

Decent service but the wait time of 90 minutes for an oil change with an appointment is a bit long. Beyond that I am happy with the service. I have been a client for over 15 years.

They must do a very thorough and exhaustive job because it took them a long time to complete the service.

This dealer has a very nice staff, they were quick and answered all my questions.

Muy mal servicio al entrar primero no me dejaron. Por que no les compre el auto a ellos me dijeron que tenia que pagar 195 dolares para la revisión que si no los pagaba no me la revisaban procedí a pagar y hay si la entraron no tardaron 10 minutos en revisar cundo me entregaron. El auto afuera y el estúpido del técnico dijo que no tenia nada cundo la camioneta al frenar siente un golpe y dice que eso es normal de una rav4 2025 no lo puedo creer y aparte de eso que no estaban dañados los baleros....y que raro que no me cobraron por la revisión cuando al principio me dijeron que eso costaba para poder acerle el chequeo me sacaro así sin cobrar
