Service performed as promised

I had my vehicle repaired by Mark Miller Toyota and they did a great job. The repair was completed as promised and they gave me a free rental car until the repair was completed. The best part is that the repair was actually covered by Toyota under a manufacturer warranty extension on a particular part. Even though my vehicle is 9 years old, the repair was completed free of charge. SWEET!

Excellent Service

I had my car repaired at the Mark Miller Toyota dealership. The process was very easy, the kept me updated on the status of the repair, and provided me with a free rental car until it was fixed. To make it even better, my repair was covered under a Toyota manufacturer's extended warranty. My car is 9 years old and Toyota still took care of me for free!

Toyota Rav4

We recently bought a Toyota Rav4 from Mark Miller Toyota in Salt Lake City. Due to a busy schedule and some family issues we took about 2 months to decide and complete the buying process. Our salesman Matt never pressured us and did a great job observing and reading the situation and knew when to call and when to let us be and come back when we were ready. Matt was so patient, helpful, honest about the pricing and the car, and was a great salesman. We would recommend to all our friends and family to go to Mark Miller Toyota to buy their next car, and to ask for Matt Hanousek.

Awesome Dealership/Service

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota. From start to finish the experience greatly exceeded my expectations. I found Eric Twitchell to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles and I was very pleased with the entire purchase process. My previous vehicle, a 1995 Camry was serviced at Mark Miller for the entire 20 years I owned the vehicle. For the last several years, Wendell McMullen has been my service representative and I have greatly appreciated his attention to my vehicle and my needs. He has been wonderful to work with and I will continue to get my service exclusively at this dealership!

Service is great

I love Mark Miller Toyota. I have bought 2 camrys from them. One used and a new one. They have always been great when I have needed service and are honest in what needs to be done. If I have not been able to have things fixed right away with the older camry they were understanding and did not pressure me to get it done right then. Recently I had to take the new camry in for a recall that needed to be fixed. They had it done in the time that they told me. Great Place and friendly people.

I was very pleased with my service experience from Mark Miller Toyota. I was greeted promptly and graciously and was on my way within 15 minutes. I was able to use a loaner car which made it so much easier for me. I am a single mother and can not be without a vehicle. I felt as though my concerns were treated with respect and I didn't feel as though I was "upsold" to any unnecessary repairs. I would almost exclusively with Bruce and like the way I am treated. I would highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota to anyone. Paula H.

Excellent Service Everytime

I cannot say enough about the Mark Miller Toyota Dealership Downtown. I have experienced nothing short of what I would consider superior customer service from MMT from purchasing my vehicle to service appointments. The Customer Service is top-notch whether I have an appointment or an unexpected flat tire. I am received with a smile and I am truly impressed by the amount of information they provide on a non-mechanic level. I love that you can easily make an appt. on-line or with a phone call. I also love that they offer a loaner vehicle and the free car wash when you get your car serviced - awesome. I believe every type of organization could learn Customer Service skills from Mark Miller Toyota. I also appreciate that their building is LEED Certified. Cheers!!

Absolutely Fantastic

The best dealership anywhere. Wendell McMullen has always been my service representative since I bought my 2008 Land Cruiser & knows about my car inside & out. I truly appreciate everyone in this dealership. They care about you & your car; would never let anyone touch my cruiser but Mark Miller personnel. Sales & Parts Depts. are excellent also. Daniel Lewis is also tops/excellent in knowing about my car. He has always been so willing to answer my questions & solve any problems I have had.

Awesome Sales Experience

The whole process was great. Jesse did a great job and has great knowledge of the product. I had started the process with another dealer, only to find that the other dealer was not very honest. Jesse was always honest and extremely good to work with. This is my 9th Toyota and it is the 7th vehicle I have purchased through Mark Miller. There is no wonder why. They do a great job and are very professional. I will definitely be back! I wish all dealers were like Mark Miller Toyota!

Superior service experience.

I have taken my 4 Runner to Mark Miller Toyota for several years. I appreciate the expertise and honesty of the service advisors. Getting close to 200,000 miles. I will purchase my next Toyota from Mark Miller. jim maxwell
