Unethical service department

The service department is the most unethical managers I have ever dealt with. They don’t honor their prices online and aren’t confident to give warranty on their work

We apologize that our online pricing was wrong. We do our best to make sure every listed service is priced right, but in this case, the labor hours were calculating wrong. We offered to honor the price by utilizing after market parts. However, should you have chosen to go with genuine Toyota/Lexus parts, this would not change the fact that the parts and labor would not be covered under warranty. Toyota/Lexus will not warranty parts installed on a Lexus by a Toyota dealership. This is also true even if we went to a Lexus dealer and picked up Lexus parts. Lexus will only honor warranty work that is done by a Lexus dealer. Likewise, Toyota will only honor work that is done on a Toyota - NOT a Lexus. We wanted to make sure that we were completely transparent and that we provided you with all of the pertinent information, and we feel that disclosing the lack of warranty coverage is very important. We are sorry that you feel the way you do, and we wish you the best.

Phoned dealer at 1:20pm to verify a specific vehicle’s availability, salesman says it’s available. Said great, that’s the suv I want. Salesman replies, excellent- I’ll pull the vehicle and have it up front and ready for you at 2:45pm. As I’m driving up to the dealership I get a call from the salesman who informs me they just sold the vehicle to someone else that saw it parked up front and beat me to it. Huh? If the dealer was not planning on holding the suv for a whole 75min as agreed then why not simply ask for a deposit which I would have gladly given over the phone to secure the deal? Or maybe call and say I have another buyer interested, need a deposit or I can’t hold it till 2:45pm. I have no words…Mark Miller is a ZERO INTEGRITY dealership. Unfortunately for the sales manager Mr. Denton I’m angry enough to call Toyota corporate on Monday and lodge a complaint. Last I checked, being ethical and having integrity in all business dealings is a big deal for Toyota as it should also be for Mr. Miller whom I’m sure didn’t get this far in life by allowing his sales managers to cheat customers.

We have 30 sales people who are selling vehicles, and the person who bought the vehicle you were interested in was at the store at the time you were talking with your sales person. It's an unfortunate circumstance that we had two people working on the same vehicle at the same time, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

Rahzelm the G.O.A.T

Was in a pinch and needed a reliable car real quick. Was fortunate to do business with a real down to earth, passionate, and super helpful dude named Rahzelm. Definitely made the experience speedy and was just a super helpful dude. He's definitely worked hard to get where he is, and it's great to see him in the position he's in now. Right on Rahzelm, Goated my dude 🤟.

We cannot speak highly enough of Jason Jones at Mark

We cannot speak highly enough of Jason Jones at Mark Miller Toyota. My husband and I met with Jason three years ago when we were in need of a new vehicle, and he was incredibly helpful. Due to difficulties our family had struggled with, our credit was somewhat messy, but Jason met with us for several hours and worked hard to figure out a situation that would work for us and provide us with a fantastic car that we could afford. Shortly after, we had our 19-year-old daughter meet with Jason to purchase a used car as her first vehicle, and he was equally as knowledgeable and helpful with getting her set up. We both love the vehicles we purchased from Jason. Recently, we connected a friend of ours with Jason who also had a complex financial situation, and within a few hours, Jason had hooked him up with a great used car. Our friend is thrilled with his new vehicle and with Jason’s help. We plan to refer all our friends and family who may need a new vehicle to Jason, as well as to use him for any other vehicles our family may need in the future.

I worked with Leah Merrill.

I worked with Leah Merrill. I put a deposit in for a vehicle. Leah kept me informed each month where I was in line. When we got closer to the vehicle being finished built and shipped, Leah kept in contact often enough I never had to ask for an update which was great. Leah answered all my questions. No surprises with my pick up day purchase process and paperwork. I have to say, Leah showed me the features on the 4Runner and of all the vehicles I've ever purchased I learned more in 10 minutes from Leah than I probably knew about any of the cars I previously owned. Maybe this vehicle has more perks. The final review of the technology was 10 out of 5 stars. Much better than I expected it could be. I worked with Randy M in finance and I enjoyed finishing my paper work with him. When we need another car for our family, we'll be contacting Leah and shopping at Mark Miller Toyota.

I recently bought a Toyota Tacoma from Mark Miller

I recently bought a Toyota Tacoma from Mark Miller Toyota. This was the only dealership that didn't charge 2 to 6 K over MSRP. Jim MacFarlane was super great to work with and patient with my anxiety as I waited. Easy straight forward pricing. No pressure! They will get my business with the next car I buy.

I’ve been a customer of Mark Miller Toyota since 2014.

I’ve been a customer of Mark Miller Toyota since 2014. It’s by far the best dealership I’ve dealt with in my lifetime. I was in the market for a small suv and decided to buy a Toyota Rav 4 to continue getting 5 star service from Mark Miller. They have an incredible staff and I always have a smile on my face when I leave the service department.
