I went to look at some car's sat . I already have gotten a car from them 4 years ago and I still have that car . The people there are very nice and helpful. If anyone is looking for a car i would tell them to go to simotes they will have a car for you and they will do there best to get you financed and at the payments you can afford

Recently I was looking into purchasing a new vehicle. After searching online, I found a vehicle that I was interested in and it was located at Simotes Motors. I went to Simotes to test drive the Nissan Murano that I had seen online. When I arrived, I was greeted by Nick Durakis. After informing Nick which car I was there to take a look at he quickly pulled it up for me and allowed me to go on a test drive by myself, which was actually refreshing. I was able to focus on the elements of the car that are important to me verse feeling as if my every move was being watched. After I returned, I sat down with Nick and we went over pricing and warranty options. I returned the next day and purchased the vehicle. Overall the experience was hassle free and painless. The staff were friendly, polite and gracious and the environment was very comfortable. thank you John OTT the G M WAS THE BEST GUY TO DEAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMOTES MOTOR

We were completely impressed with the service we received by both the salesman Nick as well as John. No pressure...came in one night pretty late, liked a car we saw, made a deal pending financing. Since it was late, we gave a deposit, completed a financing application and agreed to come back the following day to complete the transaction. By the time we came back the following day, Nick and John had worked out all of the financing, paperwork was ready for us. We were able to get in and out in less than an HOUR! The car had been prepped and was ready to go (even with the plates) when we arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Nick took his time showing us all of the bells and whistles of our car and answered all of our questions. Great place..Highly recommend.

Very Disappointed. I visited their location to test drive an older Miata. The car was in nice shape, paint was better than expected for a 14 year old vehicle and the test drive went smooth. We agreed on a price, I wrote a check and I asked them to hold the car for a couple of weeks (it was the middle of winter so I needed a dry day to drive it home, 100 miles). Then they requested I fill out a credit application. What? I had just paid for the car and was not going to pick it up for a few weeks, plenty of time for the check to clear (the check cleared my bank the next day). They said it was standard operating procedure, looked me in the eye and said they would NOT run my credit. As you know each company to ?run your credit? shows up on your credit report and too many inquires has a negative impact. I have a very high credit score and have worked very hard to keep it there. Doing a quarterly review I see ?Simotes? listed on my credit report, February 7, 2014 the VERY SAME DAY they said they would NOT run a credit report. You decide if this is a proper way to run a business?.

My wife and I found a used truck online at Simotes and decided to contact them with information. The sales professional was just that, "professional"! He, Terry, provided me with the information I needed and didn't try to push an appointment on me to see the vehicle but provided me with his email information for contact. I then decided to arrange a test drive on that following Saturday. Some things came up where we had to change our appointment to Friday night and Terry was ver accomidating since they normally are closed on Friday nights. During the overview of the truck, Terry was NEVER pushy or overbearing but just informative and professional! My wife and I thought the truck was everything we were looking for so we entered negotiations. This was one of the most professional and cooperative negotiations I have ever been a part of. Needless to say, through pleasant collaboration we ended up with the vehicle at a fair price! The dealership is not very large but I highly recommend them! I will definitely return for my future vehicle purchases. Thanks!!!
