Change the miles ge on the odometer

I took my car to changue oil and filter the odometer read 44766 miles, when i received read 48224 miles in one hour increased 3,458 miles. What was the reason for changing, without my autorización?

Good communication

I enjoyed the buying process. They were clear in their communication and upfront with costs and options. This is my third car purchase with them. All good experiences

Great customer Service

I took my car into Ken Garff Honda to have it repaired. Scott listened to me and read some information I had written down. He told me the approximate cost and kept me informed of everything that they were doing to solve the problem. They had to order a part and so I left my car overnight. They were able fix my car. I’m a happy customer.

We purchased a 2020 Ford Escape in September 2022.

We purchased a 2020 Ford Escape in September 2022. We have had so many issues in the past 4 months. Bought the extended warranty but have already spent $500 out of our pocket on repairs that weren’t covered plus 3 trips to 2 different dealerships. Although our sales person was great to work with when we purchased the car, when I contacted him through a text with the problems we were having there was no response. Worst car buying experience in 43 years.

I received kind & good assistance from all of the staff members. My car got repairs completed quickly. Very kind that I had a driver take me home at no expense.

Saved my vacation.

Brought my odyssey in because I suspected the timing belt tensioner was failing. Was on vacation and drove from Torrey Utah to Orem. Alexa was great! She got us right in and they had the parts needed to repair it. She kept me informed through the process and the price she gave me was the price they charged. Also they shuttled my family and I to a trampoline park we chose while they fixed my van. I am a field and shop foreman for a Caterpillar dealership so I know how things work. Overall Alexa and the dealership made a good impression on me and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service

I've gone to the service center a few times for various reasons and they're always quick and very communicative. I appreciate the text updates on the work/maintenance issues. The employees I've interacted with have all been very friendly.

Recommend dealership and Salesman

Was looking for a slightly used Accord for my college aged son. With used car prices being a disaster, Josh Ludlow helped us find a new one coming in a few weeks that my son loves. We were in a hurry both times we went in dealership, Josh was efficient and to the point each time. Nice car buying experience.
