They had a week to make sure they had the oil for my vehicle instead they ordered it 15 min before I got there it took them 4 hours to get it. Worst customer service tried talking to service manager. He doesn’t know how to answer his phone.

By far, this was the easiest and smoothest car

By far, this was the easiest and smoothest car transaction I've ever experienced. This began as an online inquiry. I initially spoke with Jordan. He turned me over to Travis. I was hesitant at first but after speaking with Travis and explaining my needs, he agreed on everything. Because I was traveling from St George to Orem with my dogs, I didn't want to spend much time at the dealership. I was met by Travis upon my arrival and we spent about 5-10 minutes talking, making sure everything was just like we discussed. He then took me to the finance department where my paper work was ready. I went over the forms with Andy and we were finished in about 10 minutes. Back to Jordan who helped me transfer a few things from my trade, as well as, my dogs. He made sure I understood all controls and I was on my way back to St George in under an hour. Everyone I met at Brent Brown Toyota were so nice, accommodating, and professional. If I ever choose to buy another car this dealership will be my first call. Thank you Brent Brown Toyota for making this the best experience ever.

Internet dept reached out unexpectedly because they found my perfect car. I appreciated the proactivity. Then I worked with Brock via mostly text and he was awesome and coordinated everything and made the experience wonderful!

Good experience.

Good experience. Low pressure sales experience, but didn’t receive the title on an as-is car until more than a week later. Only a single photo of the car was included with the listing and there was unmentioned damage. Brock was responsive and good to work with. Overall I felt fairy treated.
