I have purchased 5 vehicles from Brent Brown Toyota over the years. There were some rocky moments in this transaction, times when I felt I was not being dealt with honestly. I raised concerns. Those concerns were all promptly addressed. Commitments were kept. In the end, I felt that fairly treated and I will go back again. As with any new car purchase, you have to do your homework, know what you want and don't want, and be prepared to speak up.

Brent Brown has a good selection of vehicles. They give you a good choice and explain what they think is the best vehicle for you. Spencer went over all the new devices the car has, including how to use Bluetooth, keyless engine starting, etc.

I was skeptical going in. I hate dealerships and especially hate pushy salesmen. Everyone was great though. Spencer was very knowledgable and helpful in finding the right fit for us. Just FYI, our vehicle was in high demand so it took a couple months to get, but that's not on the dealership. Then when it came time to complete the purchase, Colby and Dallas were great help and let us know our options in way of add ons and financing and helped figure out what was good for our budget without pushing at all. Very satisfied with the whole experience!

The engine light I needed addressed is still showing after $599 in repairs so even though I appreciate the customer service mentality I am confused as to the outcome which matters most. I left a message hoping to clarify.

They had a week to make sure they had the oil for my vehicle instead they ordered it 15 min before I got there it took them 4 hours to get it. Worst customer service tried talking to service manager. He doesn’t know how to answer his phone.
