I would caution all to use extreme caution with this dealership. They will make promises they won’t keep, they do not disclose damage or issues, and overall are not trustworthy and demonstrate very shady business practices.

I've had a few mishaps with your service department, but nothing they didn't take care of, sometimes hard to get straight answers. But overall they are better than other services departments I have worked with. Sales has been very nice to work with, very nice group of people to work with.

Decent service from sales. During the draw up of contract of sale there were multiple lines of charges that were not explained and missing reductions based on previous discussions.

Was generally a nice experience. Dallas was nice, and so was Logan (though I forget Logan's last name). Car drove nice all the way back to Missouri!

Absolute worst experience buying a car at Brent Brown Toyota. Financing was rushed to get things signed. Had to keep messaging them to find out any updates. Took over a week to get final word that deal went through and even then had to come in and re-sign things at a higher rate and monthly. Highly encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. The people in this place place nice and act friendly until papers are signed but they are not your friend. Will not be buying here again, and will certainly not recommend anyone.

Awesome experience! I was an out of state buyer and after a few logistical hiccups, everything thing went smooth. I flew in from Colo. hitched a ride to Brent Brown where Brock met me in the showroom. After looking at the car, test driving, and signing docs, I was on the road back to Denver within 60 minutes.
