My Jeeps last oil change was done here. I just did my own oil change and they over tightened the heck out of my drain plug. I had to use a pipe wrench and vice grips to remove it. I am a jet Mechanic and torque everything. Changed my flat tire and almost could not get the lug nuts off. I know no torque wrench or regulated air gun was used when they rotated my tires. So I had to buy a $10 drain plug and loosen all my lug nuts and retorque them because these mechanics do not use the appropriate tooling for the job. Watch them if you can when getting service. Many items on your vehicle have torque specs.
