Round Rock Honda

My wife and I were first time leasees with Honda about three years ago. Honda made getting into a new lease so simple and stress free that it's safe to say we'll be leasing with them for the foreseeable future.

Great customer service! Timing was good. Window shopping with features i wanted and prices was good. Great sense of humor. I had bad experiences in the past but Lee Hunt was respectful and great. Sam was great customer service.

I scheduled a service for an oil change and rotate tires, alignment, power steering flush, brake fluid flush, and diagnostic check for today. When I came to pick my vehicle up I’m being told the only thing that was done was and oil change and rotating tires and did not apologize for it. The ticket was first assigned to Ray Castelo and somehow went to Jesse Youngblood which must be a newbie and I didn’t want to engage with him due to my previous experience where he forgot to add my coupon to a $800 service. Now I have to come back tomorrow after I get off at 5. Which I have to Uber to work tomorrow because now I don’t have my car. Will not come back to this place it’s ridiculous and I spend money with this place. Customer service is not what it use to be.
