My experience with Euro Motorcars-Bethesda was nothing short of being exemplary. I would strongly recommend this dealership and (Boba Radulovic- my MB sales person) to anyone seeking a new car. Boba took the time to read the numerous emails and text messages I sent her inquiring about a new E63 AMG S. She did her homework on the car, my situation, and needs. I traded in a clean 2013 BMW and wanted the new E63- nothing else! She was excellent through the buying process, negotiations, and delivery. Customer service is embedded in this location. I was impressed from the initial email, text messages-phone calls, and the "service after the sale". Euro Motorcars and Boba are nothing short of being the BEST MB dealer and representative team in the DC/ MD/ VA area. In closing..."We will get this done today..." Dr. V

Who've Thought Buying A New Car=A Great Experience
Horray! BOBA RADULOVIC is the auto sales jewel in the land of retail car sales. After years of buying innumerable cars, this was the first time the entire experience was genuinely a pleasure. Boba let the vehicle sell itself, and was fully capable to answer any of our countless questions before, during and after delivery. She continues to answer my questions weeks after taking our new CLS home, with lightning fast email and text message responses. Boba and the entire staff from Euro Motorcars Bethesda provided the professional, pleasant and knowledgeable service one would anticipate when purchasing a new car. We would unequivocally recommend Boba and Euro Motorcars for an auto purchase. Great job!

Disappointing Quality
For such a swanky dealership I was disappointed in the lack of reconditioning/quality of their Used vehicles. The Salesperson said everything would be taken care of after I bought the car. And they did follow through with what was found during the brief test drive. FYI, because of their location, Test Drives are rough. I hated buying a car then not being able to drive it home. A week later I had It. More things have been found wrong since and I am stuck with those bills (brake work and bringing the vehicle up to date on its recommended servicing). Apparently their idea of reconditioning is a light wash and vac. Based on the Premium Prices they ask for their cars you would think the cars are worth it. That is not my experience. Expect to put some money into a car you buy from them right away. The Maryland State Inspection only addresses basic road safety. Check everything! Spend an hour checking everything because they checked nothing. And this I believe is why they like to offer used cars with ZERO warranty. I would only come back for a New or Certified car being held to Mercedes Benz or Volvo USA standards. In my opinion, their used inventory has no quality standard. T

Excellent Experience!
Our experience at Euro Motors Bethesda was fantastic. We worked with BOBA RADULOVIC as our sales person and she made our experience buying a brand new GL450 a wonderful experience. She was so good that we decided to not go with the Range Rover which we we thought we wanted. We were just browsing the Mercedes but Boba was so knowledgeable about the car and extremely professional and friendly that we changed our minds and went with the Mercedes instead. She even has gone out of her way when I stopped by there two weeks after buying the car to answer my questions about the car and working some of the features. Overall we highly recommend this dealership and Boba in sales. We are so happy with our car and experience during the whole buying process!

Boba Radulovic was the best saleswoman I have encountered. This was my first Mercedes purchase, and she was so very helpful, knowledgeable and honest in helping me make my decision. She is very upbeat and fun, and also available by phone, email and text. She has offered to continue to help me learn about my new vehicle after the purchase, which considering the new technology I'm encountering on this wonderful vehicle, is substantial.

Over the years I purchased 13 new Mercedes. On Saturday, I bought my first car from EuroMotors. Jim Pratt's and Eric Scott's customer service standard exceeded all prior dealership experiences. Mercedes Corporate could use EuroMotors to set the bar for their other dealers.

14 Year, 6 car Customer
I am a long time Mercedes Benz customer. I have purchased and leased 6 vehicles. The last 4 from Euro Motors and 3 of those from Eric Scott. I just closed on a new car for my wife today. Eric is always a pleasure to work with. No matter how many times I have changed my mind on vehicles models and options he never slowed in his goal to get the car we wanted. Eric Scott at EuroMotorcars Bethesda
Mr. Scott is excellent. He was particularly helpful to me in selecting the kind of Mercedes that is best for me, was patient and willing to answer all questions, readily available by phone and online. A pleasure work with. The experience was not only business like and very good, but also quite a lot of fun, which should be part of getting a new car. He was recommended by a friend and I have already passed his name on to another friend who is interested in a new car. All in all, Eric gives car buying a good name.

Amazing deal on MB SL550
My wife and I really appreciate how EuroMotorcars, Randy Merry (manager), Dennis Shrewsberry (service), Hamed Panjshiri (business manager) and most of all our sales person Boba, went out of their way to accommodate us on our recent visit and new MB purchase. Boba was very knowledgable and spent extra time with us to be sure we were comfortable with the broad range of capabilities of the new SL. Her knowledge of the dealership and the many things they can do for us was very helpful and helped solidify the deal. You cannot find a more competent sales person than Boba.
