While Grace is not my official sales representative, her customer service felt like the luxurious Customer Experience that's associated with the Mercedes brand. I called Euromotors because I had a tax question about my lease and to confirm if our cars could be charged using a Tesla charger. Grace immediately became resourceful and promptly returned my call with the correct information. I purchased my EQB 5 months ago, and my experience with sales was a less-than-disappointing one. Which is unfortunate because it was my first Mercedes Benz purchase and it negated the overall value I was expecting. However, I am convinced if Grace were my sales representative, it would've been a 180 experience!:) If I opt to lease another Merc, Grace will be the first person I call!

They’ll sell you a lemon and tell you it’s too bad when you bring it up to them. Horrible dealership, don’t be fooled by the fancy cars and free drinks in their lobby. This place is a facade for a legitimate business, no scruples, zero patience, and lacking integrity. Don’t give them your money or time, you’ll regret it.
