My old car died suddenly and the team at Parker Toyota step-in to help me right away. Tim from the online chat got me the forms to start a loan in seconds. Then Jacob Foster came and picked me up . He was patient with my needs and let me look through the lot multiple times getting me quotes on each of the cars I was interested in. He did not try to push me into a specific choice and took my requirements and needs seriously. Way To Go I love my 2019 Toyota C-HR

I have been fixed operations for Ford in general motors for 29 years this generally does not happen . We were in something of a bind as an accident necessitated replacement of our 2007 Tundra in a hurry, as we use it to tow 3 trailers and need 2 vehicles for our busy retired lives. We had a great experience with both sales and finance! Each young man was charming and low pressure; very positive! We planned on a new ride, but found a 2019 to be our perfect replacement for our 2007 Tundra. This is our third vehicle from Parker and will probably not be our last. Thank you for everything!

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Jacob F at Parker Toyota who even made me laugh on occasion. Brandon P was the best Finance Manager we encountered and explained in detail purchase price, warranty, GAP, etc. Initially Shaun E was supposed to help me, but I arrived hours after his shift and he prepared and left me in great hands with Jacob F. Jacob is patient, personal, knowledgeable and even weeks later still surpasses my expectations! The Sales Manager Jason Litterall also exceeded my expectations! What an amazing team, more like family at Parker Toyota. We will forever be grateful and returning customers in the future!

Your company sold me a 1998 Lexus with electrical problems under false advertising, not only that your general manager admitted to selling this car for more than it was actually worth. Not to mention the lies your company told me regarding the work on this car. If I had known prior I wouldn't have bought this car and just to have it sit in your service dept 8 times in a 6 month time period for the same issue that I bought it for every single time; the fact that every alternator we put in the car kept dying. But instead of figuring out what was actually happening, you guys just promised parts that I didn't actually get and you continued to treat the symptoms. The gm of the company said once they sell the car off the lot they are not responsible for it, the new owner is, and that they do whatever they need to do to make sure the car runs to the end of the loan. Well I hate to break it to ya, but your company couldn't even manage to keep it running one month into my loan. But your company also sold this car to me for a loan of $6000 just for you to turn around and resell it for $529. You're also lying regarding parts you're putting in people's car. Cause based on the paperwork your company gave me your "authentic Toyota parts" are actually just parts from Napa and AutoZone.

Me and my fiance came in with a pretty difficult situation and Jacob and Cody were able to make sure that we got the best deal possible. Everyone answered any and all question we had. We will be return for future purchases. Thank you guys !
