My purchase

I traded in my 2004 Camry XLE for a new 2015 Camry XLE. Gary went the Extra mile to address all of my wants or concerns! Such a difference! I just Love it!

Great Customer Service!!!

Almost 3 years ago I bought a car through Parker Auto Credit. 6 months before payoff they called and told me they appreciated how I made prompt payments and I now qualify for an upgrade if I wished to get a new car. I went in and got a 2012 Nissan Sentra, not through Parker Auto Credit this time but through Parker Toyota. Thanks to Parker Auto Credit I was able to improve my credit score, ger a much lower interest rate and get a 13 year newer car that I absolutely LOVE!!! Thank you to Duane at Parker Auto Credit in 2012 and To Will at Parker Toyota in 2015!!!!!

Great People!

Friendly and Proffesional

The sales staff listened to our needs and wants and then provided several options. Allan and the rest of the staff answered our questions in a professional and low pressure environment. Since we have been married we have purchased 13 Toyotas, 9 of which have been from Parker Toyota. The service has always been top notch, with the only repair other than routine maintenance was an ignition modual that was covered under warranty. Thanks!

Professional and low pressure.

Alan and the other staff were all friendly and very accomadating. They listened to our needs and wants, then provided several options. Since we have been married my wife and I have owned 13 Toyotas. Nine of those were purchased at Parker. The service has always been top notch. Other than regular maintenance, the only probem was an ignition modual that was replaced under warranty. Thanks. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I started the credit program last year. Today I picked up our brand new corolla, my credit score is rising. Thankyou I'll tell everyone I know that it works, just make your payments on time and BAMM your rolling a new ride before you no it.

Dishonest, Waste of time, Shady

DISHONEST, WASTE OF TIME, SKETCHY, SHADY...and the list goes on. First, if you see a car there you may want to check out, you better have 4 to 6 hours and expect to pay double for something that will not be a sound, reliable vehicle. Second, don't expect an honest amount for your trade. And third, watch closely when they start throwing around numbers, they don't add up and they will steal from you. And fourth, be careful when they sell you a warranty, you won't get what you pay for or what they're telling you your getting. And lastly, they actually advised us to take our current vehicle, our trade, back to our current lender and turn it in for repossession. As I understand, this is highly illegal for them to advise this. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH PARKER TOYOTA!!!

Parker Toyota

After researching online inventories of Rav4's in the Spokane Valley, I drove from Montana to make a purchase. I specifically picked out 4 or 5 vehicle's to look at and drive. You won't be disappointment shopping at Parker Toyota. This was my first stop of the day. Mike Austin showed me the Rav4 I had picked out online. Took the test drive, had my vehicle appraised but then left to shop a few other dealers. Guess what, I ended up back at Parker Toyota. I explained to Mark "Coach" Halverson that our deal was very close and I would like to make the purchase. He really went to bat (no pun intended "Coach" ) and worked out a deal with the management. Wow, deal completed and Kyle Hephner made the paperwork a cinch, Thanks Kyle! The "Coach" then filled up the gas tank of my new RAV4, gave a ROSE to my sister and I before we headed back to Montana. I really have nothing bad to say about this suv purchase. You all made it a pleasurable experience. I just wish I wouldn't have left your lot in the first place. Great Auto Dealership 5 star all the way!

Poor sales never buy there

I told them I was pre approved then they pulled my credit 4 time and there was no need to do as I was already pre approved. The they said the pay off on the trade in was $700.00 more and they were wrong and then they came back with a higher intrest rate and they were wrong there to. I had to call and give them the right pay off. they did so many thing wrong I will never go back there.
