E and J Motors

I purchased a Hyundai from E n J Motors about 3 weeks ago. It was a very pleasant experience. I was happy until I noticed that my car seemed to shift funny on the freeway. I called the dealer and asked if they could check it. I dropped it off and they gave me a car to borrow. I was worried after a couple days but when they called and I came to pick up my car they had put in a new transmission. They showed me the receipts and additional warranty covering the transmission. They said it had cleared there shop and had no issue when I bought it. It is a used car and parts wear out. They felt fixing it was the right thing to do. I will never buy a car anywhere else.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! We were greeted with big smiles and never felt forced to make a decision to buy. The best part was we walked away with a great 2009 Subaru! Everything was laid back and the car selection was great! Definitely would do business for a used car with them again!

Great customer service, great selection, and a sales crew that understands their customer?s needs is how I would best describe E & J Motors. I have recommended many people to E & J Motors and with each one happy with their experience I will continue to keep recommending future people to visit them when looking for a car.

I have had amazing experiences with E&J Motors for years now. I bought my own car through them, and have recommended them to numerous friends and family who have also bought cars from them and also greatly enjoyed the experience and their cars. Jamie has become a good friend of mine and he and his staff have always gone above and beyond the call of duty. It truly has been a pleasure doing business with them. They stand behind their cars, and have been a great resource to turn to if something goes wrong and I don't know how to fix it even years after I've paid off my car (yes, I'm a woman and will admit, I know next to nothing about cars or fixing the problems that will eventually happen). I will Never buy a car from anywhere else.

Right after graduating high school I got hit and it totaled my car. I went to my bank, thankfully got approved for a car loan, and started shopping. I have always loved the ford fusions. I finally found a 2013 black Ford Fusion here but it was over my budget. Chris helped me get the car in my price range and I got to drive it home the next day. I absolutely love my car. It's been just over two weeks now and I still am just as happy with it as the first day I got to test drive it. I haven't had any problems with it. It may not be a brand new 2017 fusion but it's new to me and I'm happy. And honestly that's all that matters. Thank you so much Chris and E and J motors!!

Stopped by this place to look at a particular vehicle. Gilbert came out and talked me through the one I was interested in as well as a couple others of the same model. He was very gracious during the test drives. While pulling back into their lot, accidentally bumped their car against one of their fence posts! Scratched the door pretty good. Gilbert was immediately reassuring about it ("don't worry, we have our own body shop") and made me feel much better. Owner's son was similarly gracious and confirmed. What I really appreciated was that what could have turned into a high-pressure sales tactic was instead treated professionally. There was no added pressure or expectation. They just continued to discuss business with me---even when it was clear I wanted more time to make up my mind. A big thanks for E&J for making a stressful process just a little easier! I still have not bought, so I'll be back to check their inventory again.

My family and I were in Portland looking for a new economical vehicle for me to drive. We had driven up the night before from Myrtle Creek, OR.. E & J Motors was our 3rd stop. We found what we were looking for right away. As we headed to the office the salesman walked up to us asking if he could help us find something. He went and got the keys so we could see inside and under the hood. Liking what we saw ee went to the office with to start paper work. Gilbert (our salesman) was the greatest. He went above and beyond to get me into the Chevy Trailblazer that I had fallen in love with. Since it was a Saturday they had to wait until Monday to get the financing needed. Was everything was set and he place Gilbert called and made arrangements for him to deliver the truck to us. We meet him in Coburg finished the paperwork and I drove my Trailblazer home. Gilbert and everyone at E & J Motors are the best. They are not pushy and offer a warranty that other car lots don't. I will refer others and go back there again if I need another vehicle. THANKS GILBERT AND ALL OTHERS THAT HELPED US GET IN OUR TRAILBLAZER.

Was really nervous mostly about going car shopping with the pushing & just trying to sell but went here & was comfortable & completely helped me with everything! Went in looking for a 4wd & left with an awesome Jeep Liberty sport. If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend this place & Don that works there that helped me is awesome!

I recently purchased a car from E & J, I didn't feel hassled or hustled. I bought as is, without warranty. After a few days of driving I noticed a weird noise & since I got "as is" I wasn't sure if they would help me out..But I called, they said bring it in and they checked it out. They could of brushed me off & said it was my problem but they didn't. I was told what needed to be repaired which I'm completely comfortable taking care of myself. I just really appreciated them letting me come in and checking it out for me! I love my car and would definitely recommend friends & family!!

We just bought our 4th car, actually a truck this time, from E and J motors. They have always been very straight forward. We will be buying our next vehicle here as well.
