Last time I was in to pick up our Prius... You had a lot of people just standing there doing nothing... Once someone decided to help, the service was good... However, that did not make up for the 15 minutes I stood there waiting for someone to help... Your employee were more interested in talking to each other then helping me...

Very professional wrenching. The service is worth it. The short mechanical eval and free car wash with an oil change are a nice luxury. Only gripe is that a couple of times my wife felt a little pressured to get non-critical mechanical issues fixed right away. I've bought two used cars there. Service was great and so were the vehicles. Only complaint is minor--the actual paperwork part of the sale took an improbably long time. All in all, I highly recommend Peterson and see myself as a loyal customer then, now and in the future.

I have taken in my 2012 Sequoia twice for routine maintenance and both times I was over the recommended milage for the service. I had no problems and everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. The staff has been professional and courteous. The service facility is undergoing renovation and should be much nicer in the future.

Did not have the RX450h serviced, the ES330 service was excellent.

We purchased a Tundra in August. Newly was our salesperson. He was great. He offered lots of useful information when we were considering our purchase, was very accommodating and helpful in responding to our questions, and he made our buying experience easy. Shortly afterward we used the Tundra on a trip to the coast. It performed well, was comfortable, and towed our travel trailer easily. Newly has followed up several times by telephone to make certain we have no problems or questions. Our only experience with the service department involved work they did to add accessories. Nick helped us with that. He, too, was very professional and helpful.
