Excellent Experience

Was looking for a new car and knew what I wanted. Thanks to the internet sales staff, Brit Messmann, for the excellent service in the purchase of our new Corolla S. Everyone was very polite. Thanks!!!!

Thank You!

My visit to Toyota Perterson Service center was extremely convenient and it save me a lot of money. John was exceptional in his ability to describe to me the situation with my car. I described to him my problem, I had already taken my car to two other service businesses, and each said I needed a new transmission, which would cost me between $3600-5000. I just graduated from college and am a single mom of two kids, so that amount worried me. John picked up on the issue and was able to tell me over the phone that the problem in a 2001-2003 toyota Rav4 may not be the transmission, but the ECM. He described what that was and how that could be mistaken by other service centers as a transmission failure. He also informed me that getting a new transmission and a new aftermarket ECM would not solve the problem. He researched the solution quickly and found that a warranty extension had been offered for this exact problem and having my car serviced by a Toyota specialist would be the best way to go, considering the computer issue. My other service places said they knew of the problem, but simply replacing the ECM did not solve the problem 90% of the time. I told John this, and he agreed, because of the programming that the other service centers were not capable of. He assured me that replacing the ECM first would most likely solve the problem, and if not, the transmission would need to be looked at. The ECM was the cheaper of the two options, so I agreed to replacing the ECM. After picking up my car, John was right. My baby works wonderful again. On John's service abilities, he was very cordial and informative. His personality was friendly and he understood my sarcasm. He was very easy to work with and I trusted in his knowledge and experience. He scheduled me in the same day, said it would take about 2 hours, and 2 hours on the dot, he called and said my car was ready, and I also received an email. I was in and out the same day. A new transmission would had taken 5 days, and I had a busy weekend and no spare car. I would give John the credit of saving me thousands and allowing me to have a car for my weekend. Thank You!

Service

Kaden Moss, Express Maintenance Consultant, was extremely responsive and thorough. In fact, he was at my car window before I stopped the vehicle as I entered the facility. Polite and helpful, he explained everything in a courteous manner. Excellent service.

Great Service!

As always, your service department is quick and reliable. Big thanks to Ryan, for even on a rainy day, still decided to run it through a car wash. Dependable as well as quick!! I called in and I was seen quickly with professional service and a genuine interest in my concerns. Thanks Ryan, even though - my concerns turned out to by completely invalid. LOL To the gentleman that escorts you to the car....I wish I would have gotten your name, as you truly deserve mention. You brighten my day, with you friendly and outgoing personality. A Pleasure Doing Business

This the second Toyota I have purchased from Mikey Taylor at Peterson Toyota and the transaction was hassle free and quick. I have been pleased with my first Toyota's reliability and performance so it made the decision to buy a new truck a little easier. I did a lot of internet research and visited several dealers. My past experience with Mikey and Toyota was influential in my decision to buy Toyota again. I got what I wanted at a fair price. What else can I say but I will be looking Mikey up the next time I'm in the market for a new car.

Sudden knocking sounds in front end

I developed a "knocking" sound. Called Sam. He got me in immediately even though he was scheduled for lunch.. making arrangement to take care of my needs while he was gone. The results were something very minor .. duct tape on the tire. It gives me peace of mind to know that Sam and Guy, who went out of his way to take me to my office instead of waiting for another driver, are there. The service was outstanding

Exceptional Service

We are brand new to this area and had a small problem with our Toyota 4Runner. We made an appointment for service. When we arrived the staff in the service bays had all customers attended to very quickly. Sam and Steve helped us with our problem. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I felt as if they went out of their way to help us and keep us updated while we waited. Plus, the drop off bays, the service counter area, and the waiting room were unbelievably clean. It was a great experience. We will definitely bring our vehicle back for routine service. We really appreciated them and the way we were treated.

Exceptional Service

Excellent Service on my 2002 Subaru

I bought my used Subaru from Peterson Toyota. The car has been wonderful and just as described by the salesman. The service department is very friendly and fast. I won't take my Subaru anywhere else for service.
