Despite my current situation, I’ve had an amazing experience with the team at Gregory Hyundai. They’ve gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and painless as possible. When I had initially had trouble reaching the service department, both Kathy and Dan (in sales) responded to my email and took the time to connect me—even though I wasn’t a potential buyer. When my car evaluation took longer than expected, the team immediately offered me a loaner, which was a huge help as a full-time working mom with a traveling husband. Daisy has also been working with Hyundai to hopefully resolve some issues with my vehicle, which is just a few months past its warranty but still under 100K miles. I truly appreciate the effort she’s putting in.

Terrible experience app.July 2024 with my 2022 G80 Prestige While waiting to sign out. And after the Service Advisor looked at an area on the left front bumper area which had some. Buffing a s he said to bring in back in and they would buff it out. Car wash is 14 years old The GM are out red faces and with my wife next to me and and another female customer He shouted "get the F.. out of my F... dealership now or zI will val the police. Slightly layer the General Sales Mgr came out all concerned as he heard the screaming all the way in the showroom and wanted to know if we were OK. They will not let me back in the dealership Corporate tired to no avail. I am going to a different dealership, bit isbis 14 miles away. Do not go or my frombthem

BAD BUSINESS.
BAD BUSINESS. RUN, DONT WALK AWAY. My sister died in 1/1/25, I took in my 7 yr old niece (I’m single no kids, lawyer). 1/12/25 my wrangler was parked and totaled by another driver. 2/3/25 I contacted this dealership & told them my story and that I needed a reliable car because I now have a kid and have to take her to school. Noticed issues the FIRST THREE DAYS. On 2/8 car broke completely down. I had to get a rental and pay for a tow only to not have the issue fixed. They refuse to help me. See emails and messages below for details and how they don’t respond. I’ve been there 4/5 times in less than one month and no fix. They treat their customers like absolute trash after they get a sale and won’t respond when there is an issue.

Oskar managed the purchase and delivery of my new Ioniq5.
Oskar managed the purchase and delivery of my new Ioniq5. The color of the car I wanted was in high demand and scarce. But Oskar and his sale manager worked hard to find the vehicle in a short period of time. Oskar made sure that all the necessary adapters were in the vehicle and that it was clean and fully charged when he delivered it to my home. Oskar diligently answered every question I had after delivery. He really made the entire transaction smooth and trouble-free. I happily recommend Gregory Hyundai to car shoppers!
