Service was great.

Service was great. Up front with everything and no high pressure sales pitch. Alexa was fantastic to work with. I thought some of the pricing was a little high but overall will return for future service. Thank you for great experience. God bless.

Rick and the sales team was amazing!

Rick and the sales team was amazing! They really took care of me! I came in with a challenging situation and they broke everything down to make it simple and easy and got me approved! I highly recommend coming in and do yourself a favor and work with Rick Gilpin! He’s the Best!! Thank you all again for the help! I’ll definitely be back for my future car purchases!

We purchased our vehicle new and have always had service

We purchased our vehicle new and have always had service done at the dealer, went to change a tire today and could not find a lock key to the lug nut. Called the dealership and they could help take off the lock lug nuts for $50!! The key should have been in the car. Said a manager would call and they never did. They do not care about customers!

We got help from Les Schwab and O’Reilys. We waited all day for a call back. I feel like customers are not a top priority after the car is purchased. Then it is just nickel and dime. The key should have been in the vehicle then we are punished with a fee because it is not.

Today was the day!

Today was the day! I was in the market for a truck and Beaverton Nissan chose to play games with a Frontier, thats I wanted. Wilsonville had one that I wanted as well, but the truck at Beaverton was a lower trim and a suspiciously low price. However after 3 weeks of trying, they still wouldn't send me an offer. It took one text to Wilsonville and my salesman, Jesse, reached out and within an hour I had an offer for a lease on the truck. A few more text, sending some documentation over the phone and I was in an Uber on my way over. while on the way, Jesse took video of the truck for me and also went on a test drive himself to check the truck and make sure everything was OK on it. I get to the dealership and have the most relaxing sales process that Ive ever had. No hard sales, no pressure, just 2 guys talking about Oregon and cars while finance got the paperwork ready. There were no hard upsells, he just made me aware of what they had to offer. Then I went into the finance office and , again, no hard sells. Nothing was snuck into the contract and everything was gone over slowly. I got the keys to my truck which Jesse had washed, fueled, and ready for me. We shook hands, had one more good laugh and I drive home in under 3 hours. It would have shorter but we goofed off half the time and it was fun. It was a great experience and pleasure to do business with them. Ironically, Beaverton finally sent me over an offer on the way back home, after I left a bad review on Google for them. Their offer, for a lower trim, was more than Wilsonville by $200 a month. They padded the offer with several add-ons for over $2000. You want to play games and lose your shirt in the process, go to Beaverton Nissan. If you want a great experience and a good time and a good deal, go to Wilsonville and ask for Jesse. He'll take care of you
