Saw a used Gladiator on line. When I enquired Rob Thurman from Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan contacted me through email. We had a friendly and informative exchanges. After getting my finances in place we were able to make a good deal. We set up a time a week later. Rob was great and so were all the others at the dealership. I was out of there in a minimal amount of time and a full tank of gas. Unlike som of my other car purchases this one was painless. Rob was great.

Wilsonville Nissan, my ignition went out on Friday. Called Nissan and Carly helped me over the phone. When I took my 2016 Versa into the dealership, Rudy helped me.everyone was so nice, friendly and professional. I was given a loaner and my car was fixed by Tuesday. It was a very good experience!

Took my Maxima in for 60,000 Mi service.
Took my Maxima in for 60,000 Mi service. Had a long list of things that I thought needed to be done. But Rudy checked my previous service history and concluded really only what I needed was an oil and filter change. So that, along with the inspection that they do , gave me a good idea of what I might need to do next time around. Very pleasant experience overall

Appointments don't really matter it is first come first
Appointments don't really matter it is first come first serve. $180 oil change. A lot of up-selling, before during and after service. Did not do a tire rotation because they said the tread was bad, but charged me anyway.
