Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I just wanted to share my experience and express my appreciation with everyone about the quality of service I received from this dealership. On 6/24/2015 around 10:30 am I went into Brook field - Chrysler on pipe stone Rd. In Benton Harbor , Michigan. I had an appointment to meet with Ms. Sally Sexton. Prior to our meeting she had corresponded with me about a particular Vehicle that I was interested in that was listed on their website. She was very prompt in getting back to me, and setting up a time to meet that suited both of our busy work schedules, she was very accommodating to mine , as I am a chef and work weird hours. When I arrived I was greeted by Ms. Sexton, and she asked, "If I was ready to take that car home with me today", I smiled and said , "Absolutely", to which she replied, "Lets make that happen for you". She then took me for a ride in the vehicle that I was interested in and shared pertinent information with me regarding the car and its functions. We returned to the Dealership, and went in to her office and began the process of my offer and the financing of the vehicle.....They had a required down payment that was a bit out of my range and explained to Ms. Sexton that I had an amount that I could do comfortably and she and the financial team went to work on it. I was a bit nervous because my credit wasn't great due to a "life happens" event several years ago, however I am happy to say that within a matter of 30-35 minutes and some good coffee I was that owner of the vehicle that I went there to get! They worked with me to help me acquire a great vehicle and at a comfortable payment amount. I just wanted to share this with everyone, and to say that I would Highly recommend Ms. Sally Sexton and Brook Field Chrysler in Benton Harbor, if you are looking for a great vehicle and team of people that care about you and will do their best to put you in the vehicle that you want, not the one they want for you! To Ms. Sally Sexton and the entire Brook Field Team, I thank you for helping this chef, get the perfect car for my needs!! I will most definitely be back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle! Brookfield was the first and eventually the last place that I shopped while looking for my 2003 Chevy Silverado. The gentleman that I worked with, Jesus, and his partner, Sally were there with me the entire time while we worked out the specifics of the deal. I left that day with a quality used truck and an even better warranty! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase through Brookfield and would recommend any of my friends or family to them.

I bought a used vehicle last week from Brookfield. Everything was great except the actual buying process which I thought could of been quicker. Other than that, no complaints.
