Great experience!

Great experience! Was sitting in the office of a competitor getting screwed over and feeling uneasy. Sent Courtesy Hyundai a message about a nearly identical vehicle asking for an out the door price. MINUTES Later had a quote on my phone thousands of dollars less than what the Stealership I was at was offering... I left, went to courtesy Hyundai expecting a bait and switch.... Nope, got in, was in the finance office about 10 mins, no pushy upscale (although they did try to sell an extended warrenty but immediately moved on when I declined). We were out the door at exactly to original Quote price within 30 mins of arriving! Fantastic experience that I would happily do again without hesitation! We worked with Nicola who was fantastic!!! Great job! Not your normal dealership!

We highly recommend this dealership!

We highly recommend this dealership! Jonathan and the team were excellent! We have purchased many cars over the years and this buying experience was second to none. It was an efficient, smooth, professional, and very friendly process. We bought the Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. We are happy to have finally found a car with the "wow" factor, luxury interior, great technology, power, and mpg! Very satisfied.

The only good thing was the salesman was ready when we

The only good thing was the salesman was ready when we arrived. We were told on 11.7.25 car had its oil change and filter change, yet 2 days ago the car is saying it needs it done. I work from home so I certainly haven't driven it enough to need it already. My temp plates expired by 12.7.25. I called on 12.3.25 and on 12.7.25 and still not even a COURTESY call back regarding my complaint. I finally got my registration and plates showing they went to register the vehicle on 12.4.25 the day after I complained and left my 1st message. The final sales process took forever because the "cashier" finance guy is trying hard to push a warranty. Even though we paid cash, no financing either. Im extremely disappointed with the after sales actions of such a big corporation here in the tampa bay area. Just for the lack of COURTESY to not call me back is one of the reasons id never recommend you. Your care for your customers and their future business goes beyond the sake of the car.

Gunther spent over 6 hours working very hard on a deal. He was polite, professional, and extremely easy to work with Everyone at this dealer was great and easy to deal with. Lots of personal attention. Highly recommend Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa on Hillsborough rd.

This dealership runs like a well-oiled machine. They know what they are doing and get it done. Alex was my sales person, and he even helped me lower my insurance by $100 by giving me insurance brokers to call. Shout out to Lisa at golden trust. She's a miracle worker!
