My experience today at Toyota Heath
Great service as always ! I love the service area the coffee TV just the atmosphere is great . We will definitely be buying from Toyota in Heath again .

Repaired Tow Wire Harness
It took several daus to identify the cause of the tow system no longer working when connected to the trailer. They did find and fix the problem and charged me the quoted amount even though it took longer than estimated.

Just status quo
Not the nicest customer service. Shouldn’t wash cars....if the car wash is an example of the service provided, I’m concerned for my vehicle!

Service was excellent!
The gentleman who took care of me was very nice explaining the extra options for service honestly. He did not ask me I asked him. He explained different areas of country require different service because of weather yet emphasized how beneficial regular service can be even telling me about a toyota customer who logged a million miles on their vehicle just by keeping with the maintenance schedule. He also got me out quickly as I needed to get my daughter from work. I am a first time new car buyer and I have been very happy with my toyota.
