From the time we arrived everyone was friendly and accommodating. I dealt with Kenny Coleman and Malik. Kenny did an excellent job of going over all the features of my vehicle, And Malik made the paperwork easy and without stress. I will recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle at your dealership. I basically purchased the vehicle online since I’m from out of state. Kenny did an excellent job of helping me get the vehicle I wanted. Malik went through the paperwork and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle our time was drastically reduced. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My experience with the employees at Mike Maroone Honda was excellent, as usual, as I have had similar excellent service regarding my previous 2005 Honda Accord which I traded in as part of this purchase. Kenny Coleman was especially helpful and responsive to all of my questions and needs.

Our car-buying experience was awesome! From the start, we had little waiting time. I enjoyed working with Ray on a new car purchase. He is very knowledgeable and went over the car in great detail.

Our car buying experience was awesome!

Our car buying experience was awesome! From the start we had little waiting time , Kylie B answered all of our questions about trading in our car for the new one. When it came time to decide she explained all of our options and let us decide. Everyone at the dealership was kind and displayed excellent teamwork!! Austin was finance guy and he explained the financial part well . Austin took his time with us making sure this worked for us . I highly recommend purchasing and leasing cars from this amazing dealership!!! Thank you Kylie and Austin for making it a special day for us !!!!! We love our new Honda CRV !!!

And absolutely horrible experience I have been paying on

And absolutely horrible experience I have been paying on a car that I cannot drive for the past 3 months. I thought there was a lemon 8 law but I have been ignored. Customer service is absolutely not existent my mother was made fun of when trying to pick up car seats and nothing is being resolved with my vehicle and I'm extremely upset with paying for the warranty that has done nothing to cover no costs or expense. Without a card is hard for me to get to work to pay the car payment and insurance along with me having three children I need to support and still being able to make rent and pay them off my probation cost. This has been the absolutely worst experience I have ever had with any car dealership and no one is reaching back out to me. I have left numerous voicemails and have tried to reach out to one of the managers named Eric and I have reached out to Marty on multiple occasions and both have not returned either of my phone calls I'm extremely upset that this is happening to me and creating me so much heartache then me just buying a car on Facebook.

The Service manager would like to try to assist you regarding your Kia Sportage. As previously discussed, your vehicle needs to be taken the Manufacture Kia for repairs. According to the manufacture Kia, it is likely that the engine is eligible for warranty coverage under a factory warranty extension.
