Look no further for an honest deal.

Look no further for an honest deal. Russell is not only a great human, he is an honest broker. Hard to find these days but he really knocked it out of the park for my partner and I. From a fast and smooth consultation to the final send off in our new vehicle, Russell was fantastic. I couldn't recommend a better person to buy a car from.

Knox was the sales person who called me and got my

Knox was the sales person who called me and got my purchase started. He was short and didn’t provide much information. He didn’t seem to know anything about manual transmissions and kind of pushed me off to financing. Mortacae in financing (probably spelling that SO wrong) was very pleasant, but I did feel pressured into getting the almost $4,000 warranty. Overall, he spent a lot of time talking me through the process and was very personable. My only complaint with Mortacae is that he made it impossible to say no to the warranty. I’m hoping the warranty is actually legitimate since there are mixed reviews online. He was very nice and would definitely work with him again! I wish he was in sales, too!!

I worked with Richard and it was the easiest car buying

I worked with Richard and it was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! We were able to get all the numbers worked out before we even showed up since we live over an hour away. The paperwork process was also a breeze! Great job guys and thank you!

I contacted Criswell to order a C8 and Tamiko was my main

I contacted Criswell to order a C8 and Tamiko was my main point of contact. He was the absolute best. GM had some production issues so my 2025 order got pushed to a 2026 order. Tamiko stayed patient with me, updated me weekly, and got back to me within minutes with whatever I needed. The other part of this that I appreciated was that Criswell honored the original price. Additionally, my car was courtesy delivered to a location in California. Criswell was quick to get all of the documents prepared for a smooth transition. I will definitely be back the next time. No questions.

I was very pleased with the service received for my 2019

I was very pleased with the service received for my 2019 Buick Enclave. Service Rep Andrew Peterson was excellent and kept me posted as to what needed to be taken care of with my car. Most disappointing however was the high cost of the repairs combined with a ridiculous checkout process. Criswell is one of the very few repair shops I have encountered which charges a credit card fee on the total bill (3.0% or 3.5% depending on which sign you believe). I decided to pay by check. What a mistake. Not only did I have to hand over my drivers license, but no less than 3 different codes had to be handwritten on the check. I was expecting to be asked to provide my fingerprints and birth certificate next! Even the nice cashier was frustrated with the very slow and time consuming process. Don't effectively force me to pay by check then treat me like a credit risk, especially since I'm a repeat customer. Can't imagine the process for purchasing a new car from Criswell? I own 4 GM cars, but going forward only one will continue to be be serviced by Criswell.

We discovered an issue when we were buying our GMC and

We discovered an issue when we were buying our GMC and Lucas from the Service department was right on top of the issue. He was extremely professional and a wonderful representation of his company. He verified the issue, ordered the parts and notified us when they arrived. On the day of the appointment, he was there to ensure the repairs went extremely well and answered all questions. I just wish there were more people like him so every experience in all types of businesses would be so positive.
