Accident repair

We took our car to the collision center after an accident because it was the one that the other guys insurance wanted us to use. we took it on November 12 th and they estimated 2 weeks saying that they would call us weekly for updates. We had to call and check after Thanksgiving. and never received a call until Monday Dec. 4th. They were waiting on parts. The part that was a little frustrating is that after having the car for so long, they didn't air up the tires for us. After $8000 worth of work, I don't think that was too much to ask.

Recent Periodic Servicing Appointment

After driving in without an appointment, was pleased that getting an oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check only took about an hour. As before, I wish doughnuts were still provided as they were from previous owner Al Serra but oh well, the new coffee machine is awesome! Thanks H. Wintcher

2017 Chevy Traverse

It took some time, but after getting the GMC Acadia from detail, it wasnt what we wanted. They asked us , what about a Traverse. So we looked at it, drove it, the wife liked it. All-in-all, it took time to get everything processed, got it done. They needed the Traverse to finish the detailing and couple small things. Picked it up the Nextel nite..
