This has to be the worst dealership I've every dealt
This has to be the worst dealership I've every dealt with. The purchase was extremely easy and I had very high hopes. That is where anything good stopped. Within a week the car completely died due to a software issue. We contacted the service department to ask what we should do since the car was shutdown in the middle of the road. After multiple times of being passed around their service team told us we needed to call another dealer because they didn't have time to speak with us. After multiple attempts to contact the managers in both sales and service we finally got in touch with someone multiple hours later. At this point we took it to another dealer. As part of the purchase they were supposed to install the window tint and protective bra. We were told it would be a few days and someone would contact us to get it scheduled. We reached out to the dealership multiple times because we never heard anything back. Only to be told they are on it. 23 days after the purchase I had to contacted the sales manager because we still hadn't heard anything. Within minutes someone called me apologizing that he just got the request and would send it over to have their tint company contact us. 2 weeks later still nothing. A few weeks after the purchase I received a letter from Volvo stating that some of the numbers in our contract were incorrect from the dealer and Volvo had to change them. I reached out to the sales manager asking about that the same time as I did for the tint. One of their finance members called me and apologized that the original individual didn't explain everything to us. He was working on the new contract and would contact me with what changed by the end of the day. That was 14 days ago and still no call.
