Dealer was fine but short on trucks to view. I had to settle for a truck the dealer had available. Paid $2500.00 over MSRP and was told I had to purchase two more items to close the deal, one being insurance and the other a theft thing. Was told no truck were sold without the insurance added.

Dave was amazing to work with. He made us feel so comfortable and answered all of our questions. He was very trustworthy and patient with us. He also listened very well to our needs in a truck and our wants. This is such an outstanding quality to have in an employee! He got us exactly what we wanted! He was genuinely excited for us and it showed in how much time he took with us to go over the truck and all its amenities. He checked in with us multiple times, through phone calls and texts, throughout the process and after to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions we may have had. We loved working with Dave and when we need another vehicle, we will come straight back to Dave. We will be strongly recommending Dave to all of our friends and family needing a vehicle!

Our Salesman Stas Sobolev was stupendous and his customer service skills were outstanding. He greeted my wife and I shortly after driving on the lot. Not waiting for us to get out of our car but coming to our car, greeting us, and welcoming us to the truck center. He listened to our needs and wants in a truck, walked with us to each vehicle, was very patient, kind, and a consumers dream in a car salesman. Then we met Magic ?The number guy? my wife and him understood each other on a level that is definitely above my pay grade but he was also professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to our needs. And we didn?t think it could get any better until we met the Finance Manager Tonya. She?s such a professional and when you meet her she had an ora about her that made us feel we bought this truck at the right place and people.
