Sage did an amazing job doing my emission recall repair.

Sage did an amazing job doing my emission recall repair. Communicated that his was on his way and what time he'd be here. He was on time. He preformed the needed work in a timely manner. He did a check of the rest of my truck. I guess I'll be needing brakes in about 3 - 4 months. Great job!

Service department really couldn?

Service department really couldn?t determine what the issue was with my vehicle so they wanted to do a bunch of exploratory work at my cost. I would have expected a better determination for $175, but didn?t happen.

We have purchased 4 cars from this dealer over the years.

We have purchased 4 cars from this dealer over the years. The service and pricing is unmatched. We are from a different area of California and is worth it to deal with Sonora. We just call and tell them what we need, they find the car and take care of the paperwork remotely then the car was delivered to us and the trade in was driven back! Shout out to Joe!

Mike Nelson & Sonora Ford are awesome

Mike Nelson was awesome. From an internet build of the Bronco, Mike jumped at the opportunity. His follow up was excellent and support through the process was great. Quick, responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable describes Michael.

Sonora Ford Repair survey

I was at my second home in Arnold when my truck would not start. Contacted Sonora Ford, office people were excellent in helping me set up dropping my truck off with a tow. After delivering the truck to you I met with Chad. He was outstanding in assisting me throughout the repair of my Ford F-150. Samantha and Kimberly, who helped me on the phone during this process were also awesome. If I lived in Arnold full time I would use Sonora Ford for my truck service.

Car repair

I was messed around some what and I didn?t like being without my car as it?s my only form of transport. They didn?t do the oil change for me yet when they started the car they should of seen the signal message oil change soon.
