Brand New car needed service within a week

The problem was a known recall, unfortunately they didn't check this car for it and I had to have my brand new car with just 12 miles on it in service less than a week after I purchased it.

Great Service - helpful and friendly staff,

The service department staff was excellent. They went the extra mile despite not being able to actually do the work on the car due to a restriction from my warranty company. They did correctly identify the issue as that is ultimately what was fixed. I've had very good experiences with O'Meara Ford Service.

Frontend noise repair and Fusion recall

Perhaps going above and beyond what is expected. I'd be thrilled if the car was washed and vacuumed. Also a chat with the mechanic about anything else I should be aware of.

service for my Ford Ranger

I took my 2011 Ford Ranger in for the 20k service. I feel that the Quick Lane did an excellent job on the service. It took about an hour to do the service, and I thought that was a reasonable amount of time.
