Absolutely poor experience. I was sold a car with known problems and then blamed for not buying the extended warranty when it broke down one week after purchasing.

Very poor customer service. It’s kind of like we were begging them to buy a car. They don’t return calls, my Dad was even hung up on at one point. Very weird experience.

My son, and both daughters have purchased from Caspian of Stafford. They sell lemons as is, they often tell you that the vehicle is in good condition but the truth is that you're buying a lemon, can't make lemonade. On yesterday, Caspian made arrangements to receive my daughter's 2013 Infiniti QX. The vehicle was towed to Caspian's lot across from the dealership office on the right side just past the light by a 2-story House and Gas Station. I've been calling for hours and I have yet to get a reply as they keep hanging up on me and transferring to an answering service.

Bought a car cash. Next day the engine light came on. Took it to my mechanic and catalytic converter is bad and they said the entire rear suspension needed to be replaced. 8000 dollars later I try to call Caspian and I kept getting hung up on and now my number is blocked. Stay away at all costs.

This is the 2 nd vehicle from Caspians, and after having this vehicle for 3 weeks alternator when out on the way to drop my son off in Erie, PA, my son was in the car and also had a co driver, my son got home, but me and my co driver stuck in Erie pa, with a xxxxed up vehicle, there not helping, not trying to get it towed to a shop near by, but trying to come get the vehicle and take it back to Stafford, VA. That’s xxxxing ridiculous, instead of towing it to a shop here and getting it fixed in Erie, PA

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are the worst. They harass you before your payments are due. Their warranty sucks their cars are trash. They will do ANYTHING to get your business.

Got the cpi insurance because it was cheaper they said I can use it when ever it was needed I wrecked my car October 10th I submitted documents thr 14 it's now November 29th still no anwsers

Please do not go here. These people will sell you used, broken down, and been in accident cars. Please do your research or have someone do it for you. Even research shows that these people are being sued because of the misrepresentation of selling cars. I had to put one star on here to submit the review, but honestly, no star is accurate.

RUben was my salesperson he done an awesome job.He made both me and my sister feel like we were apart of his family. He found me just what I wanted .I would have anyone I know to go to Ruben and telk him Stacey sent them.....
