I bought a Audi a4 2009 black from here and they changed oil and breaks for me after 4 months for free , They also detailed it too . It was so quick , Tony (manager ) in a couple hours approved financing and i get cars same day

New attitude

After talking to the management at Caspian Auto I was relieved to know that they actually care about there customers. They sat me down and discussed the whole process about buying a used auto . This was a better experience than before they listened and were very sympathetic . I would go back to these guys now I know more. Customers communicate with your sellers!

poor customer service

The customer service there is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not purchase an automible from there. I recently brought a vehicle from these very rude and unprofressional dealers . they do not try to help the customer all they want is your money and do not have you in mind. The vehicle i got from these unprofessionals needs an engine already , and failed emissions the first time it went through. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
