Great Service

I liked the fact that even though Ryan informed me the service Department closed at 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and they probably wouldn't be able to get to it today, if I could drop it off they would try. Ryan contacted me at 4:22 informing me the repairs on my truck had been completed. Ryan also informed me I could pick up my truck by visiting the sales department. I picked up my truck and was able to use it the next day for my vacation. Thanks to everyone who had a part getting my truck repaired on such short notice. "Lakewood Ford Land you have gained my respect"

great service

everyone was very helpful with my situation. The shuttle gave me a ride to work and Justin kept me informed on what was going on with my vechical.

Paul Pfeifer - 10+ Experience

After contacting several Ford dealerships to looking to buy a new SUV I found that no one I spoke with you would just give me a price on the vehicle I wanted, they all wanted to set an appointment and make me come into the dealership. Venting my frustration to a co-worker, she recommended I call Paul and at Lakewood Fordland, after discussing the vehicle and my options he sent me a price quote within 5 minutes, we did all the paperwork over the phone and just like he said, when I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was detailed, paperwork was printed and I was driving my new Escape within the hour. Paul's knowledge of the Escape was excellent and with so much new technology to take in at one time, Paul met me 2 weeks later on his day off at Starbucks and covered everything again and answered all my questions. I still bug him now with questions, in addition he's has built a very helpful YouTube channel for training and regularly sends out emails on "training and tips". Dealerships could learn something by his approach and follow up.

So accomodating!!

They were so accommodating !! My appointment was for 11 and we arrived about 9:30 coming in from Granby. It was no problem. They started the service right away and had the shuttle take us across the street to Nick's for breakfast. (Which was very good and very reasonable). They picked us up promptly and the car was ready for our trip to take our friends to the airport. We couldn't have been more pleased!! Thank you all so much!

Great Service

Not surprised ford land had my car fixed in 2 days . Always giving great service. John called both day with updated . Can't ask for more .

Fast service, so-so customer service

The service was very fast and Ty was nice to talk to afterward. He took time to answer my questions. However, the person who initially checked in my vehicle wasn't very friendly.

Great experience as always

while I waited for service, I had positive, friendly encounters with your parts dept staff (bought some misc stuff), sales staff Anthony and Ray were very helpful when I looked at some cars in the showroom. My truck was serviced and well looked after. I have no reason to go anywhere else. Ray Whatley is a person I would like to continue to deal with.

great facility and service

I made an appointment earlier in the week for Saturday, but when Saturday came around I initially forgot about the appointment. I called about a half hour past my scheduled time and was still able to bring my car in for an oil change. Thank you for letting me still come in even though I was late.
