This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The salesman lied to me about tiling the vehicle. What they could, and could not do. The finance person, Nat, did the same thing told me that a car could not be in my name with “or” for someone else’s name. After they got their cashiers check and I asked for the name on the title to have an ore with another person the finance person Nate told me he was good that he had the money that’s all he needed. Refused or would not chance the title. These people are slime. They care nothing about doing the ethics. All they care about is selling and closing the deal and then they’re done with you. There are snakes. They will tell you all kinds of lies to close a deal and get a sale.

I gave them five stars before, but after waiting 41/2 hours for a tire rotation, oil change with a cabin filter, that they charged me $30 just to install, I’m not happy! I set an appointment for a recall, they didn’t even have the part! Wasn’t called to even inform me they couldn’t do it! Waste of time and money! Not happy at all🤬

I have used this dealership for 20 years and it is a great experience every single time. Sales, Service, or Parts is always there to help with my needs. The management is top tier at customer satisfaction as well. I have yet to have an experience with any other dealer that has matched how I was personally treated here. Ross was the best salesperson I have had there over the years a very personable guy.
