People are good. Sold a certified car with burned transmission fluid. Had problems from first day driving it.

I will never do business with this dealership again.

I will never do business with this dealership again. I should have learned after purchasing my first vehicle from them. They will tell you one thing on the phone and change everything once you get to the dealership. The second time around we had an appointment to go see a 2026 GMC Terrain Elevation. The deal was essentially done and we had worked out all the pricing. The salesperson, Michael Vorphal sent us pictures the morning of the appointment. We even received a call at 10:45am to confirm our appointment. We were driving an hour and a half to get to our appointment when we get a call saying that they just sold the car! Who does that!? It's obvious that this dealership does not care about their customers and they only care about money. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else before they get you too.

I will absolutely never do business with this dealership

I will absolutely never do business with this dealership again. I should have learned from the first time my family bought a car from them. During the first car purchase, the details of the deal were completely different than what they tried to get us with at the dealership. We ended up buying the car anyway since we drove an hour and a half. This time around, the deal was essentially done on a 2026 GMC Terrain Elevation Black edition. The morning of our scheduled appointment the salesperson sent us pictures and said he couldn't wait to meet us. They even called at 10:45am to confirm our appointment. FIFTEEN minutes later, they called us to tell us that the car had already been sold. We were already on our way to our appointment! This is TERRIBLE business. This dealership cares about one thing only, money. They do not care about their customers. I will never use this dealership ever again. Save yourself the trouble and buy a car elsewhere.

I purchased the car with Armando at the Littleton location. He was very professional. He made the process super easy & fast. Definitely recommend & he’s bilingual which is always a plus !

I've spoken to both this location and their Colorado

I've spoken to both this location and their Colorado Springs location. CS was rude about their pricing while wasting my time. Littleton uses price baiting on this site with hidden rebates to reflect the actual price, all the while artificially inflating their number for their vehicle to claim it's a good deal.

I asked the dealership to check on a weatherstripping on

I asked the dealership to check on a weatherstripping on the door to see if it could be put back into the metal bracket. I don’t think the team tried and just told me they need to order a new weatherstripping instead. I went home and was able to get this back into the bracket within 15 minutes using a roller tool. Dealer had the car all day and could have easily gotten this done.
