Great service during the sales process and subsequent service. The service team expedited the minor repairs we had and I was out the door within a couple of hours. Very refreshing.

I went to AutoNation Littton to get a newer lease
I went to AutoNation Littton to get a newer lease Explorer. I found the one I wanted thanks to Alex my salesman. He drove me home so I could drop off my things from my 2021 Explorer and pick up my wife. My wife was interested in buying a new car so Alex showed her a few of the 2023 and 2024’s they had in stock but she wasn’t real impressed by that model. My new Explorer had to come to the service department to fix a warning light. The sales department gave me a new Escape to drive while my car was being repaired. My wife was very impressed with the Escape and Alex took her for a few test drives until she found the color and accessories she wanted. They gave us the best service and the best loan we have ever received.

Bronco Sport outer banks

Ford edge
service was good, but the financial, contract person was rude to the sales man, very pushy with us and insisted we had to take the car that day. He pushed all the extras. He had us sign all the miscellaneous paperwork before he showed us the total bill that was higher than we started out with. Next day I felt like I had been con'd.

Autonation Littleton was the only dealer I contacted that
Autonation Littleton was the only dealer I contacted that actually had access to Transit vans. It took about a month to get the van I wanted but that time was the shortest I could find. They also added heated seats and got it shipped to me for a reasonable price since I live over 100 miles away from the dealership. There was not much bargaining to be had, but I ended up paying sticker price plus standard delivery and handling charges. I guess my only real complaint other than the crazy amount that all manufacturers charge for vans these days is that it arrived without anyone doing any detailing. There was white writing all over the windows, the factory sticker was still glued to the windshield and there was trash inside the vehicle including cashews in the cupholders. It would have been nice to be able to drive the new vehicle I paid a lot of money for without needing to scrape and clean the windows first. They did send me a branded tin of cookies and a couple branded coffee mugs though.

I called the number you provided but it turned out to be a general number for the dealership, not a direct line to the GM. I waited through the menu several times and pressed the number for the operator so that I could be routed to the GM but the operator did not answer and I just kept getting routed back to the menu. Oh well...
