My fiance and have been looking for a car for the past week. It was sooo hard and stressful because every other dealership we spoke to either had terrible customer service or they just made us feel like they were not willing to help. Our experience here at Autonatiom Dodge Ram in Centennial, CO was just truly one of the best. We got there at 4pm (2 hrs early for our appointment) and Aaron (Salesman) jumped in and helped us. He never gave up on us. We were there until around 10:45pm. I am amazed at how this man ran around the building looking for the best options/deal for us. He is a perfect example for customer service. He was honest, nice and understanding at our situation. If you are looking for a car, PLEASE see Aaron. He is a hard-working salesman. We got to financing and spoke with Dan. Dan is the best!! He worked with us to the best of his abilities. I am so thankful for Dan and Aaron. Without you two, my fiance and I would still be stressing and panicking over our situation. My fiancé and I had been shopping for the past 4 months to purchase a new SUV. He chose to go with the Dodge Ram RT. We had previously stopped in to meet with a sales associate at Medved in castle rock and though he was nice he was not informed about any specifics of this particular model. He also straight out lied to us about if he would be able to obtain the color we wanted as he said the closest location was in Montana...of course I stepped out to call Arapahoe Dodge in centennial and they had one same color and model we wanted.I spoke with Dennis who is the sales manager who was very informative over the phone. We asked him if we could drive down to see it even though it was already 8pm and they close at 9pm. He was more then happy to have it pulled around to the front so when we got there it was ready to check out. Dennis Tobin was more then informative not only about the Dodge we were interested in but in the Ford truck we were discussing trading in. We felt at ease with Dennis Tobin and his non-abrasive but very helpful style. He worked with us until 11 pm to get the job finished. We couldn't feel happier with the commited service we received from Dennis Tobin and Clifton Jacobsen who also stayed late to help us get everything done! Happy owners of a New Dodge Durango! Scheduled appointment 4 days out to service truck, fix recall and check engine light. They could only perform oil change and tire rotation in one full day since they were too busy (stated that management is aware of this). No attempt from their side to provide better service (no re-schedule no call to check on the level of service).

We came in to the dealership in quite a predicament, but the sales team and finance fixed everything, got us into an amazing brand new vehicle, with fantastic rates. Our salesman, Mark Hart, was honest, informative, and simply the best ever.
