Schedule appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation , the Service Rep was Great. I had questions for him that he answered easy so that we were on the same page. Service was completely with 1 hour and they washed the car for me. Great Job.

I wish I knew I was going to be waiting 4 hours for this

I wish I knew I was going to be waiting 4 hours for this service rather than 2! It was only after 3 hours when I went to see what was happening that I found out it would be another hour. I would have accepted; a ride rather than wait that long. As an older woman I feel that my time is not as valued as men and younger women's time. It would have been courteous to have told me the timeline.

Bryson provided remarkable customer service.

Bryson provided remarkable customer service. He went ahead and contacted the warranty company about a work that was required and got that approved and then informed me - appreciate the proactive effort. To call out, this was an issue reported earlier couple of times, but I was never informed about potential of coverage through my extended warranty. It would have costed me a fortune to fix without a warranty covered.
