Friendly and polite.

Friendly and polite. It was great experience to visit Infiniti dealers of aurora. Chris Madigan was really professional towards his work. He explained all things clearly.I love going there and I prefer this place to all of you.

We went into infinity of Denver to replace a vehicle that was totaled in a car accident. Our experience was professional and pleasant. Not high-pressure at all. The culture of the dealership is one of quality and service. The associate we work with, Shun, does know vehicle features very well and represents the brand well. he listened to what we?re looking for in our needs and was able to show us vehicles that matched what we were seeking.

it was a great experience and pleasure working with Shaun I was skeptical at first because I was having a bad day. I have been dealing with another dealership so my anxiety and nerves were at all-time high Shaun Worked me through it didn’t make any promises he couldn’t keep. I didn’t have to sit in the Dealership all day he took care of me over the phone so when I got there, all I had to do was have my insurance sign the paperwork pay my money get my keys I truly appreciate everything that Shaun & Karen ( finance guy) Really worked their magic for me and now I’m riding fly in my Mercedes-Benz GLC 350 and happier than ever thank you guys again at Infiniti of Denver
