great business model

I test drove an Audi Quattro TT, and took the car for an extended drive to my mechanic. The experience was exactly what I needed to learn that (sadly) a TT is not the best car for me now, but the low pressure,let the car sell itself attitude of the dealer made the experience rewarding. I know they'd rather see me in the car I need, and the Audi with an owner who can care for it properly, and they gave me the space to figure it out.

great business model

Great car at a great price.

Pete made this the easiest and stress free car buy experience I've ever had! I bought a Audi Allroad from Beverly Farms Motors. I took it to my local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and he told me to buy the car. They were nice, professional, very easy to work with and laid back as well. Not only was the vehicle a great value on market, it was priced competitively as well. They took my tarde and gave me a super low rate for my financing as well. I am very happy with my buying experience here.

Pete and Keven were super professional. If you are looking to purchase a preowned vehicle, Beverly Farms Motors is the place to go. You will find friendly, professional and courteous service and cars priced fairly and honestly. What more could you want? This is a small business will make treat you fair. We have been extremely pleased with both of our purchases.

Great experience with Beverly Farms Motors

We found the car that we had spent a long time looking for at this quality dealership. A 6Speed BMW Wagon with factory warranty for a fair price. We drove from many hours away to see and buy this car. It met our expectations in every regard, so did the buying process with Pete at the dealership. They were professional and, well... nice. I felt obliged to offer a positive review.

Best Used Car Dealership on the North Shore!

I buy all my used vehicles from Pete and have recommended BFM to many family and friends. Service is excellent and Pete can find whatever car you might be looking for. He runs a tight ship and the car is always returned from service on time and clean as a whistle. He is a total professional and you will drive away in a great vehicle every time.

Happy with experience

My wife and I found a used Audi convertible for a very good price and in a very good condition. They have all the information posted on their site about each car you may be interested in, so you know in which condition it is, how many miles it has, how many accidents it has been, etc., plus recent pictures of the car from several angles. We had no car to get there but was able to take the train directly to Beverly farms out of Boston and it was one minute walk to their location. Pete was very honest and did not try to hide any potential flaws on any car they may have. Their services are very personalized, it feels like dealing with a friend. We had one small issue, a lightbulb went out, and they said drive it into service they took care of it. My wife and I are very happy about this car dealership and we strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

Seems like they don't want to sell cars...

I reached out to Beverly Farms motors on three separate occasions 1) Via phone on a Saturday morning 2) via email several times 3) Through Cars.com's contact button When speaking on the phone to Pete, who seemed annoyed that I had called him while he was with a customer. He proceeded to tell me that they had the Audi S4 that was listed and that he couldn't talk now, he would be leaving for the day as soon as he was done with this customer and would not be back until Monday. I should call him then. He later responded to the email enquiry I made. Yes, the car was available. He was using it as his personal car right now, but it was for sale. It was in great condition. He would be back on Monday. I called him on Tuesday. Yes, he had the car, but no, I couldn't see it again because he was busy for the rest of the day, and on Wednesday, and was going skiing in NH on Thursday-Sunday. I should try him again on Monday. I tried to make an appointment for Monday but was told that he was too busy right at that moment but I should call on Monday. Long story short, I've been given the runaround by Pete on three separate occasions, with no attempt by him to reach out to me to schedule a time to see the vehicle. I've given up. My guess is he's still driving it. To anyone out there that wants to buy a car from Beverly Farms Motors here's my advice; make sure it's not ski season and that Pete isn't driving the car or you'll never see it.

We did notice your comment was offered weeks after vehicle was delisted, so not sure how we could have improved your experience and would ask for removal as it does not reflect any actual dealing with us.

I'd like to know who wrote this anonymous review, and what car was "bought", and when it was sold, as we have no recent feedback from any of our customers that wasn't either properly addressed , or positive in nature. Pat is service manager, and we have an open door policy in regard to warranty work. Beverly Farms Motors sources the finest cars, we service and detail our vehicles exactly to manufacturer's specifications, and we beat the competition in overall value all the time. Our location is one of the finest in the area for pre-owned cars, and our many loyal customers would not agree with the aggravated tone of this "review" at all. We have been in business for 31 years for a reason, because we are honest, fair and professional.

Excellent Purchasing Experience

I recently purchased a BMW X3 from Beverly Farms Motors and am quite happy with the entire experience. Pete Dennesen could not have been more attentive and willing to answer questions, provide information, manage the paperwork, and guide me through the entire sale with enthusiasm, good humor, and patience -- not to mention introducing me to my new car and going over all its details. The car itself was pristine. This was no slap-dash sale. Beverly Farms Motors provided detailed personal service, did exactly what it said it would do, and I ended up with what I think is a fine automobile. I found that dealing with this smaller dealership was more satisfying and easier than experiences I've had with the much larger BMW shops. While I have not yet had any experience with the company's general servicing or maintenance yet, I expect the same high quality. I have only good things to say about this dealer, and would recommend the company highly.
