Over 2 months waiting for an A/C condenser with no

Over 2 months waiting for an A/C condenser with no delivery date in sight. Part was discontinued which I found out myself by contacting MOPAR - the dealer had no idea. Called Jeep customer service and was assigned a case manager who left me a message I could not understand. I called back three times with no response. I order a part online which is supposedly compatible and scheduled a service appt. It took me three weeks to get a date which was scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30 am. At five tonight they texted me and cancelled due to a technician and service advisor shortage. I called immediately and was told someone would call me by 6:00 pm. I did not get a call back. Having no A/C for eight weeks in the summer has been extremely difficult and the lack of accurate and responsive information has been outrageous.

My brand new $70K Grand Cherokee 4xe had a coolant leak

My brand new $70K Grand Cherokee 4xe had a coolant leak at 8000 miles. The dealership has had my car for 50 days and counting. They haven’t ever reached out to give me a status on the coolant system or the 3 open recalls. Meanwhile, I’m making payments on a car I don’t have. I don’t even want it back at this point. It’s my first and last Jeep and I expect the dealership to let me out of my lease with NO termination fees. Good riddance to both this dealership and this brand.

Chris, both my husband and I have tried to reach out to you and the service manager, Brian Hartman, multiple times via email and phone in the past week and neither of you have responded. When the lease termination paperwork is ready, please return our call. You have multiple voicemails from earlier this week with our callback number.

1 month waiting for appointment and 13 days waiting after I drop off my car nothing was done finally I took my car with out any solutions. I think no we controlling Jeep employees.

Unresponsive!

Unresponsive! My issue was not fixed, only recalls were performed. I have left three Messages since picking up my vehicle on August 29.

I have owned Jeep Grand Cherokee's since their award winning redesign in 2011. Larry Miller dealerships are my go-to guys. Outstanding service; outstanding customer care. I live less than a mile from one of your competitors and choose to go 16 miles out of my way for service.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership service department. As I sat there for hours, I heard excuse after excuse to everyone else too waiting for their car to be serviced. I had to ask for my car to released without anything be done to it. Do not use them.
