Gas Motorcars

Used car salesmen have the reputation for being slimy and the Gas Motorcars folks earn that reputation. I gave them a $1,035 deposit on a 911 in June. The next day a personal matter arose and I decided to put off the purchase until the fall. The Gas folks agreed to refund my deposit, which is wise since I was still a potential customer. A week passed and the refund never came. I followed up and they acted surprised and said they would look into it. Time passed, no refund. I followed up yet again and they said they would "manually enter the refund" on my card to be sure it went through. Time passed, no refund. It is now September and the refund still has not been issued. I'm trying to decide what is more slimy - keeping an unearned deposit from a customer or lying to the customer for months, saying you are issuing the refund and stringing him along for months without issuing the refund. Imagine a dealer of high-end cars deciding to compromise their integrity and reputation, and lose a customer, to make a quick, unearned buck! Now I'm back to shopping for that 911. Does anyone reading this review think I should trust Gas Motorcars with my business? Neither should you.

Absolutely horrible customer service. This dealership completely lacks transparency. Advertises cars it does not have in inventory. Salesperson Nick and especially is owner Tony could care less about their actual customers and would rather work with dealers who price gauge. This dealership is completely dishonest.

I give the highest accolades to Keenan and Gas Motor Cars for their expertise in marketing and selling my "unicorn" car. Keenan said the sale depended upon matching the car with a knowledgeable buyer and his acumen was perfect. He found just the right person. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Gas Motor Cars and their staff.

Great experience buying a classic during this pandemic, they were gracious enough to store the car till I could retrieve it in person. The sales staff were extra helpful at adjusting their schedule to my needs. Their inventory of impeccably maintained high end cars makes just visiting them worth it. I’ll keep my eye on their inventory and may be a repeat customer if something grabs me.

These guys are the best at finding what you want and getting you the BEST price for your car if you want to consign a vehicle. I liked a car, worked out a deal, came to sign and pickup car to only find out that the car wasnt in right financial state with prior owner.
