Great customer service, was asked several times if we needed anything. Jay and Armando were very helpful and took the time to answer any questions we had. Best of all they were not the typical pushy salesmen. Matt took his time explaining everything.

My wife and I had a good truck buying experience. Josiah Krulik is very personable and professional. He provided great customer service. I will recommend Josiah to anyone that I know who will be shopping for a Toyota.

James Cobb provides the best service possible and explains every thing about a new car. He is always available to provide further instructions on how to enjoy a new car.

Janice Stafford was very helpful in the purchase of our Toyota Prius C. She was not high pressure and I appreciated this. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Tom made sure that I was extremely comfortable and satisfied with my decision. He was my type of salesman-not overly pushy, intimidating or aggressive. Using USAA's "car-finder" program, I was put in touch with David Saied. We discussed on the phone what my son and I were looking for at length as we were buying 2 new vehicles...one for me and one for my son. My research pushed me to the Tundra for me and Tacoma for my son. David gave me many options to choose from but we wanted the color blue. He found what we wanted and we haggled for price. Excellent and tactful work on David's part and we settled price in a way that extremely satisfied me. I had many, many, many questions and still sought to get a lesser price, but David was the epitomy of patience answering all my questions and standing ground on his great prices! Hard duty he had! He was on vacation when I arrived for my Tundra but his awesome associate Courtney Sander assisted me. Courtney was an absolute joy to work with! As a fairly out-going person myself, she rose to the occasion quite easily, and her and I went over the vehicle and its capabilities extremely thoroughly. I had a multitude of questions and she answered everything accurately and in complete confidence (I read the owner's manual when I got home). As the face of Street Toyota to me and my son, she is, without exception, the absolute best experience in the final phase of purchasing and driving off in a new (or even used) vehicle I have had (and I have quite a few)! David and Courtney are a team for you to be proud of. Great job!!!

Th is was the Best car buying experience I've ever encountered. I connected with Street Toyota via Internet with the vehicles I was interested in. They set me up with Janice Stafford a Sales Representative at Street. The cars I wanted to drive we're waiting for me when I arrived. Janice is one of the Sweetest persons I have ever met kind and courteous. She held up the Street Toyota name and there promise of no hassle buying. I drove away in a brand new FJ Toyota in a short time after arriving I love it! Thank You Street Toyota , Thank You Janice Stafford!!!!!

I have been doing business with Street Toyota for nearly 10 years and with David Saied for the last 5 years. Every experience I have had with dealership, whether it be new or used vehicle, or service it has been a very satisfying and has meet every expectation. David Saied has not only been a great salesperson but a good friend. This my 3rd Camry and I am sure it won't be my last. The only part of the purchase that I would like to see get better is the length of time to receive registration. I don't like driving a vehicle with a dealer tag. But thats just me. My wife and I were in the market for a new RAV4. We knew what we wanted, but were not sure if we could find it. I called Trey on my way to the dealership and let him know what we were looking for and possible options to look at before our arrival. When we did arrive, he had the exact model and color we were looking for ready and warmed up. We took a 5 minute test ride and then made the smoothest deal I've ever done at a car dealer. We are thrilled with our purchase and the care we found at Street. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with purchasing our second vehicle with Street Toyota was wonderful! Not because it was perfect, but because it was imperfect & flawed in the beginning, & mistakes were made on Street's part, BUT...the staff, from the head manager, to the next manager down, Gus Shamir, to our salesman Nick Talley, bent over backwards to make it right! I told them that, in today's age, the concept of TRUE customer satisfaction, & "the customer is always right," have become harder to find. These men seemed to understand that its important for the customer to not only be happy with their purchase, but also with their EXPERIENCE with their purchase! And once they knew there were mistakes made, they worked diligently to not only correct those mistakes, but went above & beyond what we even asked for! We were so pleased with that, & touched as well. ?? We are definitely Street Toyota fans, & they increased that status. We could tell that they didnt want to just make a sale, but wanted our repeat business in the future as well! And they will have it! This is our second purchase from Street in 1 1/2 years, & we are planning on hopefully purchasing a used car from there as well, for our son. Way to go, Gus Shamir, way to go Nick Tally, & way to go Street Toyota!
