do not go in there and plan on walking out with car. get a price and go home and do research. they will make it sound like the greatest deal in the world till you research. prices literally TWICE the blue book value. and they will get a person with bad or no credit in to a car, but you better plan on bending over and giving up your first born. CROOKS!!!!

Got my 2014 Ford Escape in 2018. It was overpriced for having 98,000 miles and being used. I could have gotten a new car for the price it was with no miles (my silly mistake being young and buying a car for the first time) but they totally took advantage of me. Since then, I have had multiple issues with car. Broken fuel pump, battery died fast, broken gear shift cable, muffler falling off, handle cracked off, weird brown stains appeared on ceiling of car a few weeks after buying, the AC will stop blowing air, and there are a couple more things I can’t even remember because it’s been so much. Never buying a car from here again. The sales people are very friendly though.

My daughter purchased a vehicle at Frankie’s and had a good experience. But her car was totaled in Nov and she has been getting the run around from Jr. about making good on his word of getting the Gap part closed out. Visits were made to meet with Jr., he assured her that everything would be taken care of the following week. Well a month later and numerous phone calls, which more than 1/2 he didn’t return, she is still waiting to close this issue out. Talk about frustrating, stressful, anxiety attack’s, lost time at work and possible a credit issue now, and not being able to get another car yet!! There are so many car dealers out there so you would think they would go out of their way to help! Bottom line, their customer service SUCKS! Jr, I sure hope you are never treated like you treat your customers!!!

We were referred to this dealer by a family member. Very impressed. They stayed within our price range. Seemed like they cared about making the customer satisfied. Didnt pressure unlike a lot of other car dealships. So far so good!

OMG. Joe, the salesman was really nice to me and my husband. Joe wasnt pushy nor was he just trying to sale us anything. Joe worked hard to get us the best deal and HE DID. Joe sold us a very econ. car and the price isnt bad at all. Keep up the good work Joe.

The entire process took about 3 hours from walk in to drive out - very impressive. Even more was the fact that we test drove three vehicles in that time frame and had to coordinate the purchase with someone who wasn't with us. This is the second vehicle I currently own that were purchased from Frankies.

Received a voucher from other dealerships and they got me to come in but they weren't able to get me what I wanted. They did their job to get me in the door. So I looked at the Gary post daily and saw Frankie's Auto Sales. I would definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends. KL
